I called them and they responded promptly and Mike was helpful and courteous. HE explained everything clearly. For someone with a very busy life and 4 kids at home, not having a working toilet was a huge problem. It was repaired quickly. I will definitely be using this service again.

Mike did a fantastic job installing my Pot filler rough-in. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Mike also answered some questions I had which educated me on plumbing matters. On my tight budget, I also found it affordable

I was very pleased with John the Plumber. Called and appointment was made for the next day. Michael phoned to say they were on their way. Michael and Simon arrived soon after. The problem was assessed very quickly. Michael explained the problem to me very clearly and then gave me an estimate.Simon then proceeded to put in a new turn off valve under the kitchen sink to stop the dish washer from leaking.Both were very professional and I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if I have any plumbing problems.

I have used John The Plumber for all my plumbing needs. They are always dependable and do great work. Today was no exception - MK was great. He determined the issue and provided options. The leaky faucet is fixed and I’ll call again; very satisfied!

I called for this service because water was leaking on my garage ceiling and part of the ceiling's dry wall came out (kitchen is above the garage) and needed immediate attention. Mike and Simon was very professional, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. When I opened the door, they introduced themselves, where they're from and took off their shoes. They were able to detect the leak/problem in just 15-20mins. They informed me step by step about the process, any additional costs I may incur, if they need to do additional work and asked for my permission each time. This totally brought my trust back for trade workers. The price was reasonable and definitely would call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Very professional and exceptional service. Was very pleased with the expertise work performed by Mike G and Simon M. With their troubleshooting, they discovered a much bigger issue then originally thought and fixed it and tested it. Reasonably priced, no hidden fees, every step of the way we were informed what the charges would be. They were friendly and professional. I had a problem with the basement faucet continuously running. Mark was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job in repairing it. He cleaned the work area before leaving. Friendly on time quality service at reasonable rates! Highly recommend to family and friends! Thank you!
