I have not used a travel agency for many years having preferred to do arrangements on my own but after doing some “ arm chair travel” this past year and reading about the trips, the guides and the people touring with Great Canadian Travel, I have decided to either go on a pre arranged tour or have GCT do a bespoke tour for me.Margot Kalinowsky is the most positive person anyone could ever ask for especially given the challenges of travel in 2020.

We have booked our last two trips with Karen Pearson at The Great Canadian Travel Group Inc. and, on both occasions, I have been extremely impressed with her excellent service, provided in a friendly and personable manner. I am a highly anxious traveller and have a million questions and Karen responds quickly to emails with thoughtful and HELPFUL information, is extremely willing to tackle each one of my many questions and has put my mind at ease many a time. My husband and I have to relocate for work during the present COVID reality, and travel is (understandably) more challenging. However, Karen has made the process so much more manageable, keeping us up to date with flight options, changes and notifying us of concerns when relevant. I feel well prepared to safely face the realities of our trip this weekend knowing that she has provided us with extensive information. Not to diminish her professionalism and extensive knowledge, what impresses me deeply about Karen’s service is her friendly and supportive demeanor. She remembered me from one booking to another, which made me feel like more than a valued customer. I highly recommend booking your next trip with Karen!

The original booking was good was given a few options. The actual resort was awful, we will never return. The most disappointing part of all this was our agent never checked in before, during or after the trip. You would be better off to use a travel app. I thought I was hiring a travel agent that cared but once the trip was paid for I never heard from him again.

A friend and I have worked with Allison to plan and take two trips to Arctic Canada (and working with her now to rebook a postponed 2020 trip to Greenland). Both of our trips included unique and spectacular experiences planned with Allison. We kayaked with Beluga whales and saw the Northern Lights from a remote lodge among other amazing experiences! Every experience went smoothly!! We highly recommend The Great Canadian Travel Group!
