Very happy with the balloon arrangements I ordered. Placed the order on Monday and they were delivered Wednesday. Lots of pictures on their website for suggestions. They were custom made to my specifications with input from Melanie at the company. Great local company. I recommend calling them for your balloon needs.

I made a last minute decision to order a balloon bouquet for my son coming out of the hospital. Melanie was able to capture exactly what I wanted which made a nice surprise for my son. Delivery was speedy and arrived before him. I will definitely use Balloon Celebrations for future balloon needs! Thanks again!

I found Balloon Celebrations by fluke as I was doing some research for my son's 13th birthday. I wanted to make his day memorable. I reached out to and received an email back from Melanie with some pricing based on what I was looking for and my budget. They were very accommodating. I absolutely loved the balloon bouquet, it went well with my theme and my son really liked the decorations.

Steve was very responsive and helpful in creating a balloon bouquet for my 40th birthday. I found his contact information online and called on a whim and was pleasantly pleased when he was able to accommodate my request and deliver it same day, within hours! My family and friends, who caught a glimpse of the balloons during their drive by greetings, were impressed as much as I was. I would definitely order from Steve again and have recommended Balloon Celebrations Concord to my family and friends. BONUS for me was an Elvis Presley happy birthday serenade by Steve. I needed an urgent balloon arrangement delivery and found Balloon Celebrations through Google search. Melanie was instantaneous in her response-she listened and responded to my request with care and thoughtfulness. The transaction was instant and smooth- I did online money transfer and the balloon arrangement was delivered on time (despite poor weather conditions) and perfectly packaged to withstand any weather elements. The arrangement itself was a surprise- I did not expect such an enormous, exquisite piece of art for the amount that I paid. Amazing value and service, will definitely use again!

BIG thank you to Melanie for putting together a very cool and fun arch in our brand colours for a corporate event. I called at the last minute, and her team as able to work with us the next day! The team is friendly and reliable! We were having too much fun to take any photos, but I can tell you the balloons looked great :)

Called and asked about a price on a picture on their website for balloons for a birthday. The lady told me it was 20-25$ per balloon and that they had a 100 of them. Then she said she will send me picture with something similar. I didn’t get the email so I emailed them .. finally I got a picture and it’s nothing similar to the one I asked about with a quote of almost $600 plus $95 to setup. I thought maybe I heard it wrong on the phone about the price of the one I originally asked for so I replied back to confirm and they never responded. It says on their website that they are competitive and they will work with you to create the perfect balloon design for our event. Bunch of words on a website. People read this and think they are going to get good service. I would not recommend.
