I would like to say thank u to Lynda who called me and arranged me for an mri appt.Lynda truely care about her patient and tried her best to make things happenedI had bad experience when I tried to book mri appt and got rescheduled 3 times. I was frustrated and uupset on booking and rescheduling. Eventually, I had to cancel and booked mri apt in QuebecLynda called me and didn't give up helping her patient. I'm glad kmh has an employee like her and I'm happy with the experience and arrangement.

Clean facility, free parking. My appointment was rescheduled but I didn’t have to wait much. I arrived at 6 AM and waited a bit. The MRI procedure was less scary than I thought and the technician was very nice. If I have to do another scan, I would definitely come back here.

So I waited about 2-3 months to get an appointment. Finally a few days before my MRI, i get called saying they have to reschedule because the technologist isn't available on that day. We reschedule to 3 weeks later at 12:30 AM, fasting. That's right in the morning with an 8 hr fast. I get here only to find out that the technologist on shift doesn't have the skills for the specific MRI I need and that they need to reschedule. Unbelievable. Now I'm not even sure when I'll be getting this MRI, it's not like someone's health is at stake or anything. No sense of duty or responsibility. They have said the manager will call me tomorrow first thing. We'll see about that.

I had appointment today for echocardiography, the technician did not know she had me and I had to ask if my appt got delayed, the receptionist asked the technician to take me in as there’s one more client to see… it was 15 mins delayed… the technician apologized as she did not know she had another patient;;; not only that… I do not know what she used to sanitize my skin before putting the patch, it scratched my skin (see my picture) and it is so painful now :( I don’t know if this is normal…… I will not go here again :(

Not a bad experience. My appointment was at 6. I filled out some paperwork and we finally started around 6.30. My advice: fill out the forms online before the appointment.The technician was super nice and professional. His name was Kuch (I'm sure I got the spelling wrong lol). I'm a bit claustrophobic so doing MRIs is pretty much a nightmare for me. The technician was very kind and understanding. Thank you so much for reassuring me.There's a big free parking lot, the office seems really clean. Well deserved 5 stars!!!

I brought my wife here for an MRI. She needed the support. They still have mask mandates here because of COVID in 2023 contrary to all the medical science studies released on the effectiveness of masks and COVID. I have a medical exemption and we gave them a heads up before my arrival so they weren’t surprised. The person on the phone said it was fine and I can wait in the waiting room. Well when I arrived it was an issue for them. The waiting room was spacious and I sat at the back. There was maybe one other person there. Still wasn’t good enough. They wanted me to sit outside the waiting room. See the photo. I’m not even a meter outside the waiting room. I guess COVID stops at the carpet. I felt discriminated against because of my disability.

Not a happy experience. Took them 20 days to book me as an emergency MRI patient. I am wondering how long would that take if my referral wasn’t emergency! Although I completed all the forms and questions online I had to answer to repetitive questions at least 4 times from the time of booking to the end( not talking about covid screening) but I was never informed properly about the test and the time I need to be there! Took me 3 hrs there to get a test done! I have done multiple MRIs before and am completely aware of all the steps , moreover has been working as a healthcare professional for the past 20 years. This is inappropriate to assume that the patient has no knowledge and lie to them. I got there not knowing that I am going to have 1bottle of oral barium sulfate for the contrast and I have to waste one hour there before the test and when I mentioned that all the previous MRI/CTs I had with contrast was with injections I was given a very uneducated and irrelevant response by one of the receptionists with whom I didn’t even bother entering into an argument as it would waste more of my time! I was supposed to go back to work after my test which I couldn’t due to inefficient booking system. They should educate their staff about respecting patients’ time and inform them about the test and the time they need to be there.Although the technician who performed the test was a very nice lady and did her job properly that’s an unfortunate to say that I don’t recommend this place until the other members of the team learn their job.

Front desk was OK, but the nurse and the technician (Thanks Alice!) have done a great job. A few notes:1. My appointment was made a few months prior yet got call that they had to re-schedule. Fortunately it was for a better time slot otherwise I could have been an unhappy customer.2. The entrance intercom and key pad is located at a spot that you have to look around. The way to punch in entry code is also a bit counter-intuitive. It's #101. I am used to how phone menu works, figure most people are too, where it should have been 101# (the pound side as confirmation/submitting key).3. You don't need to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time if you finish their questionnaire online (which I did)
