It's a great store with excellent variety. However, the highlight by far is Peggy about whom I cannot say enough. She really has provided me with the most incredible service. I strongly recommend you see her for your clothing needs.

Older store in older mall. Excellent sevice. I am very happy with the overall service and purchases made. The employees were very welcoming and polite.

Always a great experience at the location at Billings Bridge. Peggy is a true sales executive that offers valuable advice and customer support. Will be back periodically to check on new products. Customer service excellence is hard to find these days.

Had a great experience here. Rented a suit for an event I was attending, Jim was fast, kind and very helpful. He knew his stuff and got my in a suit that fit like a glove. Was told it would take a few days for the suit to arrive but it was there the very next day. Great experience!

Amazing service. Went in to get a suit for a wedding and Peggy was nothing short of amazing! She really took the time to make sure I got what I was looking for and helped me pick out a dress shirt and very nice tie. This was some of the best service I have received in a clothing store and appreciate the help Peggy offered. Very happy with the experience.

I needed an outfit for a wedding Sep 25th and after reading positive reviews I went to Tip Top at Billings Bridge Sept 6, and met Peggy. I cannot offer enough praise for her as a clothier. She helped me pick a suit, shirt, and tie that matched my shoes and shape and the occasion perfectly, and she provided a very pleasant shopping experience. And it didn't break my wallet. Five stars well deserved.

Polite staff, however the quality of their clothes are horrible. I bought 7 to 8 pairs of pants here which was quite expensive and each one had to be brought to a tailor to be fixed as the bottom just came apart. When I pay this kind of money I expect a quality product and for that reason I will be shopping elsewhere.
