January 7, 2022, at 13:54 pm. Paid for a car wash just to find out the car wash was broken. I entered the store to request a reimbursement and it was denied. I explained that I didn't know the machine was broken and that there wasn't a sign to prevent clients to buy a car wash service when the machine was broken. But the girls in the gas station were extremely rude and racist towards me. When I asked for their names, they didn't give their name asking while laughing What?! are you going to complain?! What a horrible experience! the manager should work to make sure the employees provide real customer service."

I’ve been going to this gas station for 4 yeas now, close enough to home and generally good enough, but every time I go use the carwash, the employees struggle and discuss between them for minutes and minutes on how to allow me to pay with speed pass points. Every single time! If the owner is not there they simply don’t have a clue, would be handy to have instructions written somewhere...

Lol that lady that wrote a book about the car wash was broken.Just pass another day and wash your car, it's not valid only for a day...Yeah, it happens car wash breaks, the one on couchetard Montee paiement was broke too one day, I paid,not the end of the world, I came another day...
