They have a very nice building, but that is all they have! I lived 6 months there and the service was declining continuously. Unfortunately one by one the good staff was fired or resigned. They have the worse managers a place can have. My room was with light broken, mini fridge broken, air conditioner broken, my mattress was 10 cm only with iron under which caused me enormous hip pain. Many times I had to buy formula with my own money because they did not have. Staff talk about you in your back mentioning your name. Not professionals at all. When I opened my mouth to complain about the lack of service, we do not have case workers, they hired people to work from home and never answer the phone or answer the calls. It is just sad and revolting that we were abandoned and there was anybody for us.
