Great place to work treated employees with the utmost respect. helped me out many times when I needed it. I worked at another metal shop for ten years till they closed down and cobotix hired me at the same wage that took me ten years to get at other company. From the first minute I walked into the door I was impressed at how much more efficient they ran and the attention to detail and quality. All the employees were professional and skilledMy boss Pat Cunningham was a great boss to work for made me really want to do the absolute best I could do and always went way out of the way to help me out.Due to a longterm reacuring injury obtained from previous job I unfortunately can't weld anymore or I'd gladley go back there to work.

A Toxic Work Environment at Cobotix.Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)My time at Cobotix was nothing short of a nightmare due to the toxic work environment that permeated every aspect of the company. I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes that others can avoid the distress and unhappiness I endured during my tenure. From day one, it was clear that Cobotix lacked a positive and supportive work culture. The management fostered an environment rife with favoritism, micromanagement, and an overall lack of transparency. It seemed as though decisions were made without any regard for employee input or well-being. This lack of open communication and respect created an atmosphere of constant anxiety and unease.Additionally, the leadership at Cobotix exhibited a complete disregard for work-life balance. Employees were expected to be available at all hours, often receiving work assignments and urgent requests during weekends and even vacations. The company failed to recognize the importance of personal time and rest, leading to burnout and deteriorating mental health among employees. Moreover, the lack of professional development opportunities and clear career paths was alarming. Cobotix showed no interest in investing in its employees' growth or providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Promotions were seemingly based on favoritism rather than merit, leaving talented individuals feeling undervalued and demotivated.Furthermore, the atmosphere at Cobotix was marred by constant interdepartmental conflicts and a severe lack of teamwork. Collaboration was discouraged, and a competitive atmosphere prevailed, pitting employees against one another rather than fostering a sense of unity. The toxic dynamics among colleagues stifled creativity and innovation, hindering the company's overall progress.Lastly, the discriminatory practices I witnessed at Cobotix were deeply concerning. Individuals from marginalized communities were subjected to unfair treatment and faced additional obstacles in their professional growth. It was disheartening to see such a lack of diversity and inclusivity within the company, perpetuating an environment of inequality and discrimination. In conclusion, the toxic work environment at Cobotix was a detrimental factor that overshadowed any potential benefits of employment. The lack of communication, work-life balance, professional growth opportunities, teamwork, and inclusive practices made it an incredibly distressing and demoralizing place to work. I strongly advise individuals to seek employment elsewhere, where their skills, well-being, and contributions will be respected and nurtured.

My time at Cobotix was awesome, I started there knowing very little about manufacturing and left there with a wealth of knowledge. Management was great, in fact it was definitely the best managed workplace I’ve been to, even offering leadership training to many employees. The work offers many challenges and rewards and can be very fulfilling, with a great variety of different areas to learn. 10/10
