Chris has been absolutely fantastic. We had him do a home inspection for a property we ultimately didn't take due to an unsatisfactory home inspection (dodged a bullet there -- thanks Chris!), plus another one that we ended up pursuing. The second home required a home inspection within 2 days, and after sending Chris a message at like 9pm once our offer was accepted, I was thrilled that he was ready and available at 3pm the next day. He is punctual, professional, friendly, thorough, and happy to answer any questions you have about the process or what he's looking at. Easy to communicate with and the report was timely and easy to read. Chris made the whole inspection process a breeze. He answered his phone the first time I called him, was able to set up an appointment for 2 days later. He was very thorough in his inspection and was timely on delivering his report. All around great experience!

Chris was fantastic to work with. I had to have an inspection done on somewhat short notice and Chris was happy to help. Very willing to discuss various questions, easy to talk to, and extremely friendly. I had my report the same evening. He was also extremely thorough and left no stone unturned.
