Dr. Saad dentistry, I want to thank you Dr. Saad and all your wonderful staff! You all truly represent what it means to be compasisonate, knowledgeable and professional health care providers. I went in a week ago for the first time to this dental office in extreme pain for an infection in my tooth. I was seen same day I called in extreme dental pain. During that visit Dr. Saad and all the staff, were so transparent, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr.Saad was thorough with my care needs and took his time to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my dental care. He gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and his listened to my concerns and provided answers in a genuine and professional manner. He was avaliable to help me in any way, he was respectful, kind, clear and honest, and put my mind at ease that I am in good hands. All the staff including the other dentist Dr. Skrzypek, were all perfect professionals and extremely diligent with my dental care. I had the tooth extraction today, I was nervous, but Dr. Saad first explained the procedure to me and what to expect. During the procedure, from start to finish, he explained what he was doing, every step, so I would be aware, and the procedure could not have gone better! No pain, and the work was done flawlessly. If you are looking for a true professional dentist, look no further, this is your dentistry. I am truly happy with my whole experience and I would reccomdned this dentistry to anyone! I had a terrible experience from my former dentist. witch left me traumatized. short story.. i needed a root canal done they had a intern do it. needles hit my nerve twice. broke the root file in my tooth. And burnt my lip when putting temp filling in. Ended up having to remove my tooth.. I went to Dr Saad and told him what I went through. He clearly seen the Anxiety I was going through from my experience.... I did need a filling done I was oh here we go. my experience with Dr Saad was painless, Excellent. And I'm happy to call him my Dentist... And the staff is great no complaint's …

This office no longer supports the healthy smiles program or Aserta. Very sad, especially considering where they are located in the city. My children and I could walk down the road to our appointments. The office also called to cancel my already confirmed appointment the day before it was scheduled to inform me of the change. Dr. Saad and Dr. Eissa are amazing dentists, just too bad they can't/won't (?) keep us on.

Very well looked after from all staff members from initial phone call till leaving office.Welcoming environment with great parking.

This is by far the best dental office we have ever dealt with because 1) Dr. Saad does everything there. No need to travel to another city and be referred to another specialist. 2) They don't force you to book an appointment with them. Instead, they send gentle reminders. 3) They also don't try to scam you even though you have good dental coverage. They make sure you stay within your budget. 4) Admin staff is efficient and know what they are talking about. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Best Dentist In WindsorDr. Saad is a very good Dentist. He has seen me for multiple painful emergencies & took care of me immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Saad!!!The staff are so polite, friendly and welcoming. They make every visit comfortable and help set a positive tone from the minute you walk in until the end of your appointment!Dr. Saad is efficient and quick!! He also explains every step and makes sure you feel comfortable!! I was terrified of dentists when I walked in for a filling, and walked out feeling much differently about them! Dr. Saad has restored my faith in dentists and wiped my fear out!!!Payment is easy - and they do direct billing !10/10 experience over all!

This place is waiting to cut your pocket!Every 9 month I go this clinic for scaling. Though service wasn't that good. Now they refused to book me for scaling without booking whole check up! Even I don't have any issues with my teeth. They said since you have insurance coverage why I am not going for complet package?My point is why they insist me to go for full package, when I don't have any issues with my teeth? Are they trying to steal my money just doing so called check up? Aren't it trying to get the money from my insurance? What you think?

I really liked this dentist, it was close to my house, organized, clean, professional and the staff are so nice.However I can’t help but feel resentment towards this dentist office because I had been coming to them for years when they decided they’d no longer take my disability coverage.I understand not taking on new patients with that coverage but it doesn’t feel very fair to do that to patients that have been going to you for years.Very disappointing.

Five stars. He's been my dentist for close 2 two decades and I must admit, I'm a difficult patient.Thanks Doc. I appreciate your patience with me over the years : )
