Green Park Landscaping & Rock Walls

$50k and it lasted 6 months! They took the $$$ and ran! Won’t return our calls and won’t fix their poor work. Now I have to get someone else to fix it. WORST EVER.

We hired Parker to construct our retaining walls (from natural rock and Allan block), and lay pavers in the fall of 2019.It turned out that Parker subcontracted the pavers and allan block installation to another company.When most of the walls were completed we discovered that his laying technique was amateur and unprofessional. The gaps between the big rocks were filled with tiny rocks (2-3 in size) which are too small for the gaps and so barely held in place. The walls also look unproportionaland unbalanced. According to Parker the capping pieces on the rock walls are supposed to be glued but due to the weather getting cold he promised to come back in the Spring of 2020 to finish the job. He has still failed to do so despite multiple requests.He was paid out in full and promised to provide warranty for this work.Come spring the pavers settled down in multiple areas and are now sagging. The rock walls are all falling apart. This was communicated to Parker. Despite multiple discussions with Parker

The company was very knowledgeable and helpful in creating a design we liked for our yard as we were removing all the grass and going to a zero landscape with shrubs, trees, and decorative rocks. They communicated well and were on time for the job and made sure each step of the way that we were informed and satisfied with their workmanship. We would highly recommend this company for any of your yard needs.
