Chic and clean. Beautiful restaurant's terrasse with view on the Saint-Lawrence River. Situated in a quite part of town, with comfy beds, enough electric outlets to plug everything you brought an more!

Room wss not prepared. Dirty coffee pot. No soaps the basics were missingGirl at reception was incompetent with our credit card. We do not recomend.

We stay here every time we are traveling through and absolutely love it. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning before we hit the road again. Highly recommend it.

I did find a bed bug in room 225 and I took a picture for evidence. I asked immediately to get transfered and fortunately they did manage to find a room. Very disappointing to say the least. The rooms need an update, specially when it comes to bed bugs as they're are the last thing any traveller wants to bring back home. So I was pretty paranoid throughout my whole stay. First time I ever found a bed bug at that hotel and I have stayed a couple of times. Be extremely careful and always check your rooms!

We were a group of 8 snowmobiles and booked four rooms to be arriving on snowmobiles for the evening of March 13th and 15th.Upon arrival at the end of the trail there was no access to the hotel for our snowmobiles. It would have been 2 km. of dry pavement and the snowmobiles would have overheated.We called reception to advise that we could not get to the hotel so we cancelled that reservation and the Wednesday evening one.We were told we would not receive a refund for the Monday evening. Our feeling is that we should have been advised by the hotel that arrival by snowmobile was not possible and we feel it is very unfair that we were not refunded our Monday evenings accommodation. The Quebec trail association should be made aware when access is not possible and your evening guests should be advised as well!This would be a good business practice and it would go a long way to having happy future customers.We would have loved to stay at your hotel!

Stayed here overnight durring busy season. I like the style and charm of the place. Room we had at the end of a corridor was quiet compared to our travelling partner that had a room beside front desk and restaurant. A lot of traffic. Our bed was comfy and we were able to have a good nights sleep.On the down side housekeeping dropped the ball. There were drink marks on our furniture and the floor of the washroom had not been cleaned properly. (Hair in the corners) Seeing as the pandemic has made everyone more clean concious, our room could have had more attention to cleaning and disinfection. We paid a premium rate only to have to clean our own room before we could settle in. A little disappointed.

The location of this hotel is what makes it so attractive. They have a beautiful patio overlooking the bay. If you don't want to sit on the patio they have a good truck also situated next to the bay that serves fried delights (fries, poutine, hamburgers ...) So you can grab something and go for a walk in that beautiful area.Rooms are equipped with new coffees machines. I find the staff friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend this place above all else in Baie Comeau.

tiny rooms and needs update.. some updates have been done , but felt very confined in the small space./nice view of st lawrence./ nice view from terrace and restaurant la maree haute.not much competiton in term of hotelery in this region. baie comeau is an industrial town and the main tourist attraction are the hydro dams manic 2 and 5 from what i could make out. manic 5 is a good 2 1/2 hour drive. a worthwhile visit that makes you aware of the incredible complexity of the infrastructure needed to create a resource like hydroelectricty. a true feat of engineering.

Pricey for what you get. Food was just ok. Grounds are not maintained at all. Stay on the deck. Would not book again.

Beautiful historic hotel.Very nice grounds and wonderful view of the water.Staff are friendly and helpful.Rooms are very clean and neat.The architecture of the building is interesting. The art did not suit the building however that is very subjective.Overall I would recommend staying here.Dine elsewhere.
