Went there for a birthday party on Saturday. The place was clean but the people at the front look miserable and like they hate people and don't want to be there. Definitely not the type of people who look like they like kids. They were also super rude and walked into our area as we were cleaning it up because the two hours were almost over. Instead of asking, two young girls, one blond and the other curly haired girl wearing a mask just started pulling everything off the wall and removing everything while completely ignoring us. They had major attitude while cleaning and it was just uncalled for. We knew we had to get out of there and were cleaning up but that was not the way for them to do it. If you hate your job so much than maybe you should get a different one. Definitely need to invest in better staff even though common courtesy should be common sense.

Great place. Very clean. My daughter love it. Wish they had a little more for the babies but that’s ok. Will be going back. Oh is very easy for the parents to climb up and go around. Great exercise for the adults too. We will be going back

Nice indoor playground for kids. Now that there have been a series of closures of children-friendly indoor activity establishments in Surrey and Langley, it's good to see newer ones take their absences. Parking is plentiful and the place is clean and spacious; well maybe not on the scale as The Great Escape, but I'm sure the children and their parents will be glad to see this place open.

Great kids play place. Always extremely clean and all the staff are hard working and very pleasant. The place is maintained very well with close attention to detail.

The staff make this place. They are great. You can always keep an eye on your kid. It gets busy but fairly so. The kids have so much fun.

Staff were so friendly, always busy keeping the place clean and despite the place being incredibly busy, food was brought out at a good time.Our child has sensory issues when it comes to wearing socks but we let them know beforehand and the staff was more than understanding. We really appreciate that.We have decided to have our child’s birthday party here.Definitely would recommend especially if you have a child on the spectrum. Weekends get super busy though.

Clean and bright environment. Friendly staff. New facility. What a great place for kids to come and play! I like how everyone needs to have shoes off and socks on, no exceptions! Bring your own food or order a snack/ drink from the cafe.

We went here for a friend’s kid’s birthday celebration. They do not allow outside food. It was nice play place for the kids. I also tried to go down the slide and it was fun.

Went there with my 3 year old daughter for the first time. We both enjoyed it.

This place was great when we brought our two boys ( 4 and a half and 2 and a half). They had so much fun. We were there for 2 hours and had to drag our kida away kicking and screaming. The staff are super friendly and keep the place really clean and sanitized. They have food you can buy which were reasonably priced. There were two birthday parties while we were there and it looks like it would be great idea for my own boys. Highly recommend this place if your kids love playgrounds. Great way to spend a morning/afternoon.
