Goldbay came out and helped us with a small kitchen upgrade and some additions we wanted to our basement - Mike was very accomodating and gave us great feedback on the project, and an even better price! We had this company redo our bathrooms a while back. They didn't properly attach the water shutoff to our showerhead causing a leak. They didnt detect this and it caused a huge flood in the ceiling and floor below. They didnt do anything to compensate us for the damage or clean up we had to do. We had to argue on the phone to get them to even come over and fix the leak because they didn't think it was a big deal. The way they setup the toilets was wrong, the chain was setup so that not enough water was released on one and the other was setup so the cap didn't fall back down and cover the tank. So the tank would always be empty until I fiddled with it.They did the tiling installation fine, but I would not recommend them for anyway job related to water.

GoldBay team did an outstanding job in meeting our needs in design, cost, and completion times. He runs his business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism that I haven't seen in this line of work for a while.We were very particular about a few concepts during the renovation and did a great job finding solutions and ideas to give us the end result that we would truly enjoy, because who wants a reno that they don't like.This is my third renovation and my first time working with GoldBay Construction. I will be using this awesome team in the future.
