The appliances were delivered without cover when renovation is going on. The contractor people are moving there stuff all the time and if it hits appliances there will be a dent definitely.

Went there after running around to a lot of other well known stores for my washer and dryer. I explained to the sales rep my budget, explained that I wasn’t happy with another company’s “extra” charges; hook up, parts, delivery, removal of old ones and so on. He nods and says “don’t worry miss we will do better”. I feel good with the price and purchase. The delivery guys come and show us the invoice , to which I see there are 3 separate charges for things that I was made to believe weren’t going to be there. The delivery guy says “phone them and cancel the installation fees then give me half, I’ll do it for you”!!!! What??!! Lol. He wanted me to scam with him. Not only that but this shouldn’t have been a charge. Scrap guys can take my old machines, and my hubby is more than capable to install, like I told the sales rep when I was purchasing the appliances. I I called the company to tell them and they did nothing about it and don’t care about my experience. Hope they enjoyed the extra $200+ they sneakily added to a struggling family’s bill. I’ll never go back. It’s shady. Machines are good, as they are no matter where you buy them from. Bad business here.

Not one for negative reviews but im frustrated with hearing“this is our policy”. Im disappointed with the customer service. Purchased all my appliances from Whitby CAS and had an issue with the fridge being a counter depth which resulted in the door not opening more than 30-45 degrees because it would hit the wall oven handle. Solution is for a regular depth fridge which would provide enough clearance. The fridge is unused and only packaging removed is the packaging removed by the delivery persons (who arent exactly careful with your property and flors) yet CAS wants to deduct a 25% restock fee and charge delivery for the pick up. As a customer asking for an exchange on a unused item saying “this is our policy” shows very poor customer service. Store staff were great at helping me choose the items. After sales support is nonexistent .

Very easy to deal with! Best price we could find, friendly staff, delivery fast and on point to email and text notifications, delivery guys worked fast and efficiently, over all recommended!

Great customer service. I purchased a Maytag washer via chat and the next day it came. Smooth delivery and installation. They gave me good discount for the washer as well. I found my future appliances store. Thank you.

CAS was a great company to work with from the beginning to end. The salesman was honest and gave us multiple options and what might be best for our needs.The payment and delivery were very well communicated. No surprises. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for new appliances.

The gentlemen covered their shoes and were very careful navigating around banisters and doorways. They installed the appliance quickly and made sure it was working before they left. The customer service provided by both Canadian Appliance Source and their delivery partners exceeded my every expectation. My purchase, delivery and installation appointment was tracked and most importantly I received communication by email and by phone each step of the way. On the day of the delivery I received a call with a 30 min estimate of arrival and pretty much on the dot the delivery team was at my door. The team member I interacted with was pleasant and professional and provided information of what to expect by the installer. If I could give this company and their partners a star rating, it would be 10 out of 5! WELL DONE.

Follow-up: We arranged for our own moving company to pick-up our new appliances, since their delivery team of 4 men couldn't manage to bring our fridge in (though never tried). After 2 days of waiting, they said we couldn't pick it up because there is no pick-up bay" in Whitby. We already had a moving company lined up

Buying experience was positive. The salesperson Morgan had lots of product knowledge and was very helpful. We were treated fairly regarding price. Delivery guys were terrific.
