The Brick

2 days ago we went into the Brick in Canmore and were happily greeted by Dan Tejada right away. We already had an idea of what we wanted for a washer from research we had done, but Dan was able to provide us with more information on the product to help is make our decision. He explained the differences between products and highlighted pros and cons. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with helping us. I was frustrated at other businesses where salespeople did not seem to have much knowledge of their product or care much about their service so it was refreshing dealing with Dan. He was more than fair with negotiating sale price and fees and was able to give us a better total than we were quoted at other businesses. We ended up buying a fridge as well which we were planning on doing at a later date elsewhere but decided we would prefer to give Dan more business because of the great service he provided. We will be returning for future needs without a doubt.

Went to look for a tv and area rug and home furniture. Dan greeted us with a smile and very easy going .Dan assisted us with our needs and would recommend him to our friends and family as he treated us with the best service ever. This guy deserves a pat on the back and very thank youFantastic job .

Kamryn is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions easily. She provided a couple of options for the dryer and we didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. Overall a very pleasant experience.

There isn’t enough positive adjectives to describe Dan Tejada! He is definitely the best sales person we have ever dealt with. Dan was patient and provided options when we couldn’t decide. We would not hesitate to recommend The Brick/Dan to anyone.

Dan Tejada at the Canmore Brick was terrific! We walked in intending to browse mattresses. Dan greeted us immediately and said he'd be with us shortly as he was dealing with another customer. He was so friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking to replace our current mattress with the same kind and he took the time to research our profile to find the record of our last purchase to ensure we got the right one. Moments later, we were signing an invoice and deciding on a delivery date. Super efficient and professional service. Our new mattress arrives in 2 days. Thank you Dan!

Ordered all new appliances from the Canmore brick.Process was easy and efficient.Delivery experience was great. I had a very tight L corner on the stairs, which the delivery guys navigated with ease.Would definitely recommend.

Stay away, the Brick Canmore does not respect privacy or act honestly.“Dan the best”. I decided to edit my review because I did not leave the original review in quotations. The Brick did not have foam for sale by the foot but the employee (I’m assuming Dan) offered to enter their purchasers number. So I could see if they could source something. I guess Dan also left himself a generous review, unbeknownst to me. I find it incredibly creepy and unsettling a business would ask for my phone, leave themselves a review without telling me. Then respond to the review as if it was genuine, I would not recommend the Brick Canmore.

Dan in Canmore was super helpful finding me the right laundry set! I am not handy or knowledged in large appliances but Dan was patient and very good at explaining all of the differences. I am so excited about my purchase and know it is the correct choice because of how helpful Dan was at the store!

We recently bought a new dishwasher from The Brick after ours malfunctioned suddenly. Dan went far out of his way to ensure we got our new dishwasher ASAP and were more than satisfied with the purchase. Less than a week for a Bosch is unheard of, especially for a reasonable price. The delivery and install package is reasonably priced and easy to set up - highly recommend and big kudos to Dan!
