We used Safeway this week to help move extremely heavy home office furniture from the second floor to the main floor. It was very difficult to move due to the tight space and height impediments but they figured it out! I cannot say enough positive comments about Mike and Clint; personable, knowledgeable, and very patient. Company honoured their flat rate quote despite taking considerably longer than predicted. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.

Mike, Clint and Damien moved a piano for me. They did a great job coming up my steep front stairs. Mike was very easy to get in contact with and very professional. I will definitely use them again

Mike and his crew were absolutely awesome. They showed up on time, in an ice storm! They wrapped all my furniture and packed the truck like the pros they are. Anyone in the area who needs to move should hire them!!

Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful. I have never hired movers before and for (potentially) such a stressful situation, Mike was so calming and patient with us. We used Safeway Movers to move all our office furniture, filing cabinets, kitchen fridge, boxes, even disassembled our reception desk and reassembled for our firm. On moving day, they were on time, courteous, professional, asked for placements, accommodating and very personable. No damage. And their rate was very competitive. I highly recommend this company.

Safeway Movers really knocked it out of the park for me! I had a unique situation, I needed to get my belongings out of storage at my former in-laws' home in a small town near Dundas, ON and into a storage facility in Toronto, while living in NYC. I was also looking for a mover that took American Express and would take a US card with a US billing address. Mike Orticello, the sales director, was extremely helpful from start to finish. They were able to accommodate an earlier start than originally planned, and Mike himself told me he would be doing the move with another mover. They were on time and very communicative each step - from the old in-laws' place to the truck to the storage unit to the finish line. Mike sent me pictures of my stuff in the unit which was very helpful, and much appreciated. I highly recommend them!

I'd like to thank Mike and the crew very much for a job very well done! I booked Safeway Movers a couple of months ago for a moving job on May 26, 2022 from Burlington to Ancaster, Ontario. Communications during the whole process was excellent. Safeway's staff was always clear, responsible and responsive in their communications, from the time of my first inquiry through the move day to the day I paid the invoice. Thanks for that, Safeway; I was organizing this move from a great distance, so I needed to feel the movers were on top of the situation at all times, and they obviously were. The deposit Safeway requested to hold the move day for us was very reasonable and easily paid with e-transfer. My mom and her husband are both in their mid-eighties and Mike, Clint and Damion from Safeway Movers helped them move from their rented condo and into their new home in an assisted-living/retirement community. For most seniors this kind of move is naturally a very stressful situation, but Mike and his Safeway crew are very experienced with this kind of move for this kind of client, and my mom and her husband had nothing but great things to say about their movers after their moving day was done. Safeway has also moved many clients into the assisted-living/retirement building where my mom and her husband now live, so everyone co-ordinated very well at their new home, and the staff and management there also said very flattering things about the movers, and told me that they have recommended and will continue to recommend Safeway Movers to their new residents. I also hired a home organizational specialist" from a separate company in order to assist my mom and her husband in the weeks preceding their move so that they would declutter

We recently used Safeway Movers to move from a condo to a house, and Mike, Clint and Damian were exceptional! They were on time, professional and just all around great people. All our furniture was wrapped and treated with care and had no damages. They are very efficient at what they do and we couldn't be happier choosing them. They took any stress about moving away.
