I was referred to this business for assistance with a government rebate submission. I trusted the job would be completed properly based on the promises made and the fee for the service. I supplied all of the documents requested. When I received the form back for review it was incorrect. I sent it back. Then a second time, it was changed but it was incorrect again. Then a third time, also incorrect. At this point the company lost credibility and my trust. Following this I was contacted by CRA that very basic information that should have been on the form was missing. A complete section was missing. I then had to correct the form again and submit many pages of information because it had not been filed properly to begin with. I still paid this guy generously. I paid him 50 percent of his fee because he did 50 percent of the job. He immediately became threatening and now says he is sending this to collections. I would have been happy to pay in full for a job that was completed correctly and in full. This was definitely not the case.
