When they arrived at my house, they were very professional and I would hire this company again.

I called Thomas Edison Electric in Summerside to have my heat pump cleaned. The technician named Eric did an excellent job & was very professional. He was also very knowledgeable. I had another little a problem with a part that may not be working properly & Eric came back again. Once again Eric was equally as professional. Right from the phone call to the office to the service in home. Very professional & friendly!

We had the technicians over to clean our heat pump. They were so professional and they took the time to explain to me what they did and they were so careful to make sure the heat pump was running perfectly before they left. I would highly recommend Thomas Edison Electric.

Our experience with Thomas Edison Electric was first rate. We purchased a Fujitsu Heat Pump and every aspect of the experience including in-home consultation, sales and support and installation was professional. They pay close attention to detail and take pride in their work.

I had very expensive split pump installed. 1.5 years later I found it failed. No one would come look at it. Waited 6 months til they told us to get someone else.When next company looked at it within few days , not months. We found a flare nut was not tight and leaked all the refrigerant . I’m traded guy and when I do gas lines I soap test and know that it tested ok before leaving and saying it’s good.This Thomas Edison said they would not my fix it and I’d be charged service call regardless. What a poor company I peity them.Conclusion here poor trades workmanship and no service or maintenance there after.

Thomas Edison was great to deal with when upgrading our electrical panel. Work quality was good and communication was great.Our only complaint is that in their quote, it states that breakers are included in the panel upgrade but really, only four 'spares' are included. Since we were subfeeding an existing panel, that means we're left with almost an empty panel even after having called to confirm that it included a full panel of breakers on top of reading it on the quote. Definitely made a big difference in overall cost to us and was a big disappointment.

We had a heat pump installed plus other electrical work, the boys Matt and Chris did a fantastic job, they arrived within minutes of the office telling what time they would be there. They were very clean (loved the booties), helpful, answered all my questions, explained the operation. Very satisfied and would certainly recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you

I've used Thomas Edison Electric twice for electrical work at home. On both occasions, the technicians were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. They arrived when expected, did the work required and charged a reasonable price for their work. I'd recommend them and would definitely use them again.
