I have used Chouinard as my go-to roofer for over 25 years and have always been satisfied. They have repaired racoon damage, wind damage, full roof replacement, eaves trough replacement as needed.I have found them to be fast, professional and efficient and courteous.But this is where Chouinard stands above everybody else…..Their Customer Service Department is excellent, and willing to go over and above to resolve any issues or concerns.The service department (with a special shout out to Chris) went above and beyond to make things right for me.I would definitely recommend Chouinard for your roofing needs.

This company did the roof on the fernbrook home I currently live in. The roofing/ decks they did have been nothing but a headache for me. Over the five years that I have lived in the home there has been at least one roof and balcony leak per year. I currently have a leak from my deck into my garage and had a reputable roofing company come and do an inspection. According to the roofer the work was done completely wrong and not up to code. Once I receive a full report from them I will be reporting this company for doing work that doesn’t meet building standards.

Terry and Leslie went above and beyond with agreeing to replacing my bathroom vent. I was experiencing some issues and when Terry arrived he explained it really was not covered but he understood my concerns and agreed to replace it. I was impressed with how the work was done and the professionalism both Terry and Leslie showed. Great work Chouinard Bros!

We hired Chouinard Bros after getting 4 quotes. When we met with the contractor from Chouinard Bros we immediately felt a good vibe from him and we decided they would do the job and we are glad that we did. We contacted Chouinard Bros to repair a leak in our roof and our experience was excellent. We got a very professional support from Kim and Linda who scheduled a visit to check our issue. Chouinard was hired by Fernbrook homes to put on the flat roofs of the subdivision I live in. I was the first owner and have been in this house for 3.5 years. I just spotted my fifth leak. The first repair was under Tarion warranty, as it happened within the first 2 years. This repair fixed 3 of the leaks. The next leak happened after the large snow fall in January 2022, but it was more than a year from their repair, so they would not warranty it. I went out had hired Chislett roofing who fixed the issue, they were amazing. Now, I spot a new leak in a new spot, which I will hire Chislett for again. Many of houses in this subdivision have had issues with their roof; more have had issues than not. And now I see Chouinard doing the roofs of another new subdivision across the street...I feel bad for these new owners. Not sure if they under quote just to win the business, then hire bad contractors for cheap? I can't speak to their work on a one-off job, but as part of a large site, just terrible. Ask your builder next time, who does their roofing, and if Chouinard, just be prepared to spend money on repairs.

Don't do it. Wouldn't use again or recommend. I feel bad as my neighbour and I were looking to get roofs stripped back and replaced with new at the same time and I recommended Chouinard Bros. One year later, neighbour had interior water damage from roof leak and they did nothing. He had to hire new roofers. Now three years later I have property damage from roof leak, approx January. Chouinard told me that when we have freezing temps and then a thaw, I should expect ice damming and water coming in from my ceiling. It was like Niagara Falls in my living room for two days. I have contacted neighbours and clients and no one has had ANY roof leaks, old roof or new. They just want the job and then Goodbye and Good Luck". Still have holes in my ceiling

We had used Chouinard Bros earlier this spring to replace our roof. We had received about 4 quotes from different companies but Chouinard were better price and much more professional. The installation went great, they were quick and even clean up after themselves as if no work was done. We are very happy with their services

Chouinard Bros replaced our roof two years ago, and we were so impressed with their services that we had them back 2021 summer to replace our eavestroughs. When the team arrived, they stopped the work because the colour was not the right match (When getting the quote, this was called out as a potential), and like with our roof - they were professional, polite, ensured everything was of the highest quality and very clean (which is really important as the alternative is nails everywhere). We enjoyed having them back. Thank you Chouinard!
