For a 25$ translation they charged me 40$ and told me that it actually costs 50$, but we gave you a discount.Not recommended!

I called them to get a qoute on a translation needs to be but the agent was so rude and arrogant. I hope it gets resolved and they treat everyone the same.

It was the worst experience!They charged me $100 for the first translation and made a mistake, so because of this, my document was not accepted!I had to make a new one and they charged me another $60 for second translation.There were 2 pages to translate but they only translated one and told me they would not translate anything else!The man in the office threw the documents away and said he could only get a refund and was not going to redo anything!His wife Maryam argued with me for a long time but finally said she would text to the translator and let me know what she said.I tried to submit the documents with this translation.They didn’t want to accept my document without a part of the translation, but finally they did, and I contacted Mariam immediately and she said I should have said so earlier, but she promised to contact me as soon as she could talk to the translator to make the extra translation - but she didn’t do that!In the end, instead of apologizing for a mistake in the first document and an incorrect translation of the second one, she texted me“No problem just do me a favor and never come to my office again. A client like you a free loader”.This company knows nothing about customer service and loyalty system.If they apologised for the error and incomplete translation I would have recommended them to my friends but after such rudeness - never!!!

If you are looking for first class service, I have good news for you! Yesterday, I was in an urgent need of translation. I just Googled translation services in Toronto and called the first place that popped up. I spoke with Maryam and she told me exactly what I need to provide. This morning I had everything that was needed ready, emailed the document to Maryam at 9:30am. She sent me the translated document by 10am! I was mind blown on how fast and efficient she was. She understood the urgency and got it done for me on a rush basis at no extra cost. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
