worst experience. This was a few years ago now so hopefully ownership has changed but i had new tires put on and they damaged the paint on every wheel.. they didnt think it was a big deal.. sh!t service for sure.

I highly recommend this business. Myself and my mother first went to this family run business for winter tires and found that they are much more than a great place to get new tires. I take any and all my concerns to these guys because they are honest, very reasonable in their prices and they make sure they get to the bottom of your concerns without nickel and dimming you for every little thing. All 3 vehicles we have taken there run beautifully thanks to Nathan, Justin and their team.

A big thank you to Justin and his team. They managed to fit my car in for a quick tire repair this morning. I called at 8:15 am this morning and dropped the car off 15 minutes later. Car was done within half an hour and for a super reasonable price too. Thank you so much for such a great first experience. It's nice to know our small town has such a great local business!

My son was visiting family on the island. Discovered an issue with his front drive axle. I spoke with Justin at B&H on saturday at 11:30 hrs on my son's behalf. He said bring the truck in and he would look at it. My son did, Justin put it on the hoist found the problem, immediately ordered the parts tore it down and repaired the problem within 3hrs . Offered a loaner car while the repairs were being done. Very reasonable rates, great workmanship, friendly and attentive to the customers needs. B & H Tire are Absolutely top shelf in my book. Courteous, friendly professional, geared to the best customer service experience available!! This high caliber of customer service is extremely rare in business these days. Thereby, I believe its important to recognize the commitment and dedication Justin and his team at B & H Tire bring to their customers. The staff here is wonderful and so friendly and very helpful. They spent three hours trying their hardest to fix my car. Unfortunately they were not able to, but their level of customer service was exemplary. Because they were unable to fix it, they didn't even chargeMe! Thanks so much!

Great service! Squeezed me in last minute for a slow air leak. Fixed within 30 minutes for $45.If youre a covid freak and hate the government BH does not stand for Bonnie Henry so youre safe to spread all your conspiracy theories around! Like this one, all the products getting smaller as the prices increase!
