Nice clean store but I do not understand why the staff are so standoffish whenever I am there. The customer in front gets a hello, did you find everything and a thank you! I get silence, sometimes a hi from a lady on her cellphone... Customer service is so hit and miss here I will not be spending $100+ every 2 weeks here anymore. Time for find a store further away with better customer service.

Nice new store. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Seem to genuinely like what they do. Store was very clean and organized so nicely.

They always have what I need, always helpful when I ask a question, staff is friendly, I like shopping at this l Iocation..treated like a valuable customer.

I went in last night as a new puppy owner extremely confused and anxious, Delenn (hoping I spelt that right) was AMAZING. I feel so incredibly confident that I’ll be able to prepare for and address all my puppy’s needs thanks to her. You are so great at your job. Thank you!!!

Very knowledgeable and kind woman working there. Unfortunately I walked into a woman screaming at them because she wanted to by their whole stock of food during covid time. The woman working handled it way nicer and calmer than I would have. No reason to people nasty to retail workers. However the woman made great suggestions for my kittens healthy so I will definitely be back. :)

We no longer have our beloved St. Bernard, Commander, with us and decided when he left this earth that we would not get another St. Therefore, our pet needs have decreased quite a bit BUT we will have outside critters that we feed and even though we do not spend anywhere what we used to spend at PetValu in St. Clair Beach they still treat us the same way they always did and that is with great respect, appreciation for our business and every Team Member greets us with a smile and asks how we are doing. I have always been and continue to be impressed with the Team Members at PetValu in St. Clair Beach. I appreciate each and every one at the store. They have increased the size of the store and it is always clean and organized and they are respectful of COVID guidelines. They have a great selection of every possible pet item and when they don't have it they will special order it for you. You could not ask for anything more from any Team Member or this store. Staff is super friendly and helpful! They always remember our dog's name and give her treats.

Been getting my dog food for my two poodles here since they were puppies (over 3 years). Almost every time I forget the brand/flavour of food they eat. Every time an employee would take they’re time looking it up for me, no problem. Tonight I was helped out by Delenn (hoping I spelt that right) and she was amazing, very good customer service.

Disrespectful staff, wouldn’t go here again. We had an issue that wasn’t really important but the way the staff handled it wasn’t right.
