Updating review and changing to 1 star for 2 reasons:1) removing name of salesperson, not fair to single her out for what was a bad experience start to finish, it was a whole team effort to be this bad.2) since the review have gotten two calls: I) one from the owner to promised to come by next week" and take a look...it's going on 2 months and nothing... And II) call from salesperson about a month ago
