Oziel Law has given me the best professional service I have ever received. Massimo (and the rest of the team, headed up by Allan Oziel) helped me to incorporate, reviewed my existing/past agreements and created new ones that make me feel like I have a really solid leg to stand on when selling software and technology services. They provide so much value for the money and I have never felt like I'm being beaten up about time or given inflexible deliverables. They have very broad legal knowledge, especially around technology which is great - but they know people just as well, and I couldn't be happier with the work they've done.
