Sudsy Dog Grooming Salon

They do a good job but very disappointed that they did not contact me about our dogs recent appointment so now have to wait over a month. Previously told them to update the number but they didn't do it correctly and messaged the wrong number. Ugh.

We have been clients for over 10 years and very pleased with the service. Our dog passed 6 months ago and we have adopted another similar size breed. On trying to book her in we were told we are no longer clients and they are not accepting any new clients due to being overly booked, owner was unrealistically arrogant, confrontational and essentially told me she didn't need our business. Shame, we will be taking our business where the long term customers are more appreciated! Good for them they are so busy, keep treating customers the way you did to me today and being busy wont be a stress you will have in the future!Update…this insane lady has just texted my wife after me writing this honest review. Stating we are barred from her premises and I am a bully! Wow! Maybe the reason you are having staffing issues is you lady! Stop bullying my wife and focus on better customer interactions and service! Ps. We are booked into Ola and they sound lovely, shame we wasted 10 years with your business. Do not contact us again!

Joey is ready for a night on the town after a visit to sudsy dog. They are awesome and when they put a tie on him the first time I couldn’t help but laugh every time I saw my dog walk by LOL he looks great. Thank you sudsy dog!

I have been bringing my dog to The Sudsy Dog for around 7 years and was totally happy. However, in November I called to move the appointment because my husband had passed away. I was told, sorry, we have no appointments until the end of March. I accepted the offered appointment and when I arrived I was told it was cancelled. Moreover, they would no longer groom my dog because he is too anxious. Why did it take 7 years for them to say this, and then just dump me as a customer. Terrible service.

The ladies working here are great, very friendly. They were also super fast and good at their job. My dog stayed pretty relaxed with them too

Be very careful coming here. They are not loyal to long term clients. Not to mention they leave the dogs wet and shivering in cages during the winter so that they can bath other dogs at the same time. The shop is very small and very humid in the summer and there is a lack of air flow. I booked an appointment for June 30th 2022 and had to cancel due to the heat wave. Now all of a sudden I receive a text message out of no where being told that I am no longer a client. Very strange.

Wonderful grooming service. Very clean, loving and professional in every way. Works by appointment and is very careful to be safe in this Covid time.

First timer today with my scared pug. My girl had been dodging me for to long and these lovely ladies were able to get it done no problem and very quickly. Not even a fuss!!!!
