WM - Webster, NY

Very predictable and on time each week. Never have any issues with collection, even when the bin is a bit overfilled. Prices are comparable to other services in the area but I've never had or heard of any issues with WM like others seem to have with their competitors.

Mike is the BEST ! He is cheerful and takes the time to be sure our tote and bins are ,replaced safely.

We have used WM for many years. We recently had a problem with a new driver. WM took care of the problem and now we are very happy with their service again.

Waste Management has handled my trash removal just fine. Even large pieces, like furniture, are taken. I wish there could be an every-other-week option for pick-up, as the cost might be lower. This would be nice.

I've been impressed numerous times by WM. We recently moved into our new home and they have been excellent with removing extra trash we had after the move. They've come back for bigger items a couple times. They have been friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. Very pleased with their service so far.

My daughter & I are disabled. We have difficulty moving our cans & extra trash so we pay for walk in service. The service guys are always polite, they always put my trash cans back upright. They take everything we have put out for trash pickup. They are awesome!

Do a good job. Wish they had the 96 gallon toters for recycling like other companies. I have more recycling than garbage and with our weather, sometimes it can blow allover before they arrive for pickup.

Not local, no one to talk to local! Horrible customer service, not helpful. I have NEVER a left a review for anything before. We have been loyal customers for years, after Christmas we put all out garbage from Christmas neatly in bags and they left it at the curb. Called numerous times, and said our bags were too heavy and a manager would call us back. They never did. The next week they emptied the WM bin and left the bags again. My 9 year old brought them to the curb, and we have a very long driveway. He lifted them with two fingers! They were not heavy. Called to talk to someone, there was no one to talk to but a cancellation department. Transferred us, they didn’t care about our concerns and just said we will be happy to cancel. They don’t appreciate your business and don’t help with anything but canceling. That says it all. I will find a local garbage company that takes pride in their work.

WM always takes whatever reasonable items I place at the curb. Note: I would never expect them to take a full sofa.

WM does a great job. They always show up, on the rare occasion that they will have been delayed I get a text or an email. No complaints.
