We had a very large maple tree removed from our backyard. The arborists who performed the work were very professional and worked with great care and caution. The task was finished in a few hours and included taking away the tree trunks and branches. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring tree removal.

I am impressed by the knowledge that Taro brings to the process of pruning and the many aspects of how each species of tree requires a unique approach. Many of our trees are planted in memory of family and pets, and so very special. Taro has implemented a technique that could save the flowering dogwood tree, damaged by the heavy snow, planted in memory of our golden.The crew work well together and are attentive to safety protocols ,particularly when pruning near lines .I was also impressed with high quality of the proposal that Taro presented that lays out the pruning details so I, as a client, clearly understand what is to be done.Congratulations to the team.

Snow n Mow takes care of my lawn and it shows, it's the nicest lawn in the neighborhood. I had their tree crew come by and take care of some overgrown maple trees, very professional and knowledgeable.

Max, Andrew, & the team at Snow & Mow have been amazing to deal with. We have everything with them from lawn care, to snow clearing. They are always timely, professional and competitively priced. Their work is second to none!

We signed up for the salt bin with auto refill. Unfortunately we did not realize you will be charged the $19.99 even if you don’t require any salt. When we contacted the company after we were charged for salt we didn’t receive we were advised by their representative Max, this is how the company covers its costs. I would not recommend this service.UpdateSnow and Mow charging $20 to stop by a customers home, look in a bin, see they don’t need salt and then driving away is not good customer service. Charging customers for a product they do not receive is never acceptable. What happens if customers runs out before your delivery date? I would suggest you advise customers what dates you do deliveries to give them the opportunity to tell you they don’t require a delivery would be a better option.I realize these are difficult times for businesses but you must realize and understand times are also difficult for consumers as well. You should consider this when deciding how you cover your costs.
