OAK + FORT

had a bad experience at this location. the cashiers and managers meanly smirked, laughed and rolled their eyes at me when I asked for an additional discount on a stained sweater. did not appreciate the unnecessary attitude and mean girls club vibe.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The so called “store manager”, Sophia/Sofie, has no type professionalism. She’s laughed and smirked in my face when I came to address an issue I had at their store. Head office needs to do something about their employees.

Nabi is incredibly genuine and helpful. I regularly shop at this store but my experience with the staff everytime is inconsistent. However, Nabi is the most patient with customers. He helped me with my houseware selection, not only he provided the best recommendations (he brought out items that are not on display to show me all the options), but also he took time to check and made sure everything's perfect before I checkout even replaced one that has a little dent on the side.It's understandable that staff might be a little rushed since this store is always full of people (which is a good thing) But among crowded customers, still keeping a high level of patience and professionalism, Nabi really takes the customer service of the store to the next level!

I'm a somewhat regular customer, and the staff is never disappointing! Cici was able to help me with a purchase and is an extremely understanding and kind individual. Prices are fair, service/staff are beyond excellent.

terrible store manager. she has NO basic respect for customers, NO integrity, and NO honesty. full of lies.the store manager refused to offer refund on a regular price product, in original condition, and within 30-days of purchase.upon repeated requests, she pretended to attempt the return. however, she first manually voided my item in the system, and then claimed that it is the oak+fort system that forbids such a return.as a past loyal customer at oak+fort, I will never return to this store / brand ever again.

My experience here was OUTSTANDING!! The team Markville always express a positive attitude and show good customer service. Most especially to the district manager Mica and her staff Stef.They’re extremely well trained and very knowledgeable with the products presented. I would highly recommend shopping at this store!!

I always have the best shopping experience at this location. Micha is the manager and she is amazing. She knows exactly what I like and I never have any issues with my purchases or returns.

I’ve been to this store 3 times in the last month and each time the customer service gets worse and worse. Customer service is discriminatory, only certain ethnicities are provided with any actual service. Also, staff make up their own policies and are even more rude if you are returning something and not purchasing. I thought the staff at Zara were rude but Oak and Fort takes the cake. It’s like they are encouraged to be mean. I will be escalating my concerns to anyone who cares to listen. I work hard for my money and would rather spend it somewhere where people have some decency and respect. Guys - take your business elsewhere. Zero stars if I could.

There was some scuffing / pilling / pulls near the armpit area of a beautiful slit dress. Therefore, I was hesitant on purchasing. When I expressed my concerns and hesitated to the store associate (store manager?), she was immediately bitter, rude and gave me a lot of attitude. I needed this dress for an event, so I purchased it anyways, but she gave me the worst time there for no particular reason. I think it is reasonable to be picky on something that you want to make sure is nice when you first buy it ...I was too shy to confront her, so here I am typing my experience out.

They employees wouldn’t let me return a bag despite the bag having all the packaging and receipt. They said I needed the clear plastic bag it came in to return it to prove it is new, which makes no sense because the plastic bag had no markings or information on it
