Ordered flowers for my sister from Lorna . She was extremely helpful and understanding . Delivery was as promised. Lynn, my sister and Henrik, my nephew thought the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much. Will defo use again.

Picked up three Xmas bouquets for the ladies in my life! Lorna did a top job preparing these, they look totally awesome.

Called Lorna 6pm ish and asked for flowers for my aunt’s funeral the following day. Lorna was wonderful. She delivered the most beautiful tribute before 1.15pm as requested and sent me a photo as I couldn’t be there at her suggestion. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

Lorna did my daughters wedding flowers which were absolutely amazing nothing was a bother for her. I have used Lorna’s flowers on many occasions and my friends have been over the moon with the flowers and arrangements she has made, would not go anywhere else for flowers and arrangements

I needed some special flowers for a last minute birthday occasion, and Lorna really came through !! I called her from the USA around 3:45pm (just before her closing hour) and described my situation. She could not have been nicer. She made a very beautiful and special arrangement for me, and delivered it within the hour !! When the person whom it was meant for wasn't home at that time, she asked until she found her mum's house, and then delivered it there !!!! Fantastic !!

Absolutely brilliant service from customer service at the start of making the order to delivering on the final product. The flowers were for an anniversary gift and my other half was over the moon with them.I'm a person with not so much flair for the aesthetic and even I can see the bouquet is a fine work of art.The timescale between making the order and the flowers being delivered was astoundingly good and well managed by Lorna. Price was excellent too and Lorna was happy to suggest various flowers and budgets.Thanks very much for an excellent service.

It is my 25th Wedding Anniversary today. Now, traditionally that means silver and white, but my wife absolutely loves proteas and sunflowers. I called Lorna about a week before my Anniversary and she was so friendly and so helpful with her suggestions. She understood exactly what I was looking for and was happy to talk though a number of options and budgets. Excellent communication from Lorna from order through to delivery. Delivered exactly as promised and on time. My wife was so surprised and thrilled to bits! The flowers are absolutely stunning! Lorna has done such an amazing job.
