The UPS Store

They were extremely quick in their turnaround when I needed urgent flyers printed for my real estate business. They had them printed for me within a few hours even though I was a new client for them and the quantities required were not huge. I now recommend them to all my realtor friends!

Waited long for 2 hours nobody cared she told us to wait then she said owner of store went for buying a plug spent allmost all day then she came back n said plug not found go to other store, however guy named shaw helped us came outside and printed for us . Giving 4 stars for such humble n helpful ones

This is the only store in ontario which charges you additional $2 just for the sticker plastic and this is against ups policy they have their own charge for things.i was shocked because all others ups, canada post do for free. so make sure u dont come to this store

Not pleased with the service at all. I normally do not like to give negative reviews but their consistent unpleasant service is just unbearable and unreasonable. This is my sixth time that I came here for a parcel pick up and everytime I had to wait. They either don't have sufficient staff or are extremely slow. Today they had one female dealing with everything. Before me, there were two people and she took almost half an hour for preparing parcel for the first customer. Second customer was there for pick up and even she got frustrated for such a slow service, she was there for a long time. The customer representative tool like ever to find that her parcel. Extremely slow service.I only go there because that's the closet UPS store to my house.Slow service.

I’ve been doing business here for almost 3 years! The staff makes sure my shipments are sent out quickly and ready to help me once I come in! I’m so grateful for them and their customer service! Needed to print the certificates for my competition…..they were super quick and my work was done in 15 mins. Extremely happy with their quick service, knowledge of their job and great customer service. WillHighly recommend

Their staff is not trained especially girl working on Saturday. Charged me for UPS returns when it is normally free to print labels. Good money making policy!!
