GTA Shoe Shine

This review is a couple weeks overdue but I just had the pleasure of randomly running into Jon today who came in for a routine eye exam at our office. He recognized the address he had shipped the Saphir products to and immediately said nice shoes! We got into a whole conversation about shoes, its great to know he is a local business as well and we are now mutual clients of one another. Needless to say he will be my one stop shop for all my quality shoe care needs. So glad we had this run in with one another!! Was having hard time finding products that would help keep my shell cordovan boots looking new. I was recommended to call up GTA shoe shine, and my problems were solved. Great products! Their deer bone and saphir cream work miracles. Great customer service very knowledgeable! Would recommend to everyone!

First off, Jok is a great guy to deal with. He responded to my e-mails quickly and went above and beyond to help me out. I was looking for the Saphir line of products which is quite difficult to find in Canada, and GTA Shoe Shine carries basically their entire line. Really great products. They are more expensive but high quality, and should last a very long time. I won't hesitate to purchase from here again!

During lockdown I needed a premium leather cream. Somehow, online I found Jok at GTA Shoe Shine who emailed me details of Safir leather cream. Sent it to me immediately with a hand written note and his business card. Wonderful personal service.

I entrusted a pair of Vass Chukka boots to Jok for a refresh and polish. The result was absolutely stunning! He brought them back to life and they actually look better than when new. I recommend Jok to anyone looking for a job well done.

I've used GTA Shoe Shine service a second time now and I must say they are a class act. They are extremely knowledgeable whether be annual service which involves complete removal of all wax and polish, to repairing mild cuts & scratches on leather to removing water spots on cordovan leather which is pretty specific. Work is always done in a timely manner and cost is reasonable. They're very detailed oriented and will treat your shoes as if it's theirs. Highly recommended!

Jok sells very good quality Saphir products. Packaging was more than adequate for the glass bottle with a good amount of bubble wrap. The tins were more than adequately packaged for protection as well. I wanted to get some shoe care products with a very short lead time ahead of my wedding day. Jok was responsive by email and worked to get the products packaged and shipped to me in time for the special day. Thanks to Jok, my shoes were looking great! I will order from Jok again when I need replenishment of leather/shoe care supplies.

GTA provides simply the best shoe-care products available. After relocating here from Europe where Saphir is the only brand to consider, if you care about your footwear, this seems to be the only place in the GTA to go. I ordered online during the COVID crisis and received within days. Care was taken even in the shipping, speaking volumes of the anticipated level of attention provided in their shop when it reopens. I definitely look forward to an ongoing patronage of their business.
