Disappointed. Ordered garden soil, receive unscreaned soil with a disproportionate amount of stones that needed to be raked out after installation. For the price and what we ordered had higher expectations on quality. I assumed wrong.

Called to ensure they were open since online it said they were closed today Saturday September 4 2021. Went to the store this morning for dust and reception Valerie answered the phone several times before answering us in person and then got our dust and left back home. We needed more so again I called to be sure leaving the house and she said we close at 4pm and she was aware we were coming for another load to load our trailer. Got there and guy came out before we can come out of the car and stated its closed. We said we even called before coming and he recognized us from this morning and still said we just closed at 3:30pm. Seriously extremely disappointed. We went to the company further down the street on Vanier after Chemin pink and awesome. Now that's great service!!!! You lost me and my family and friends as customers

When I first called the receptionist was rude and impatient. She would sigh when I asked questions and tell me everything is on the website. I decided to hangup and just go on the site seeing as I just felt like I was bothering her. Then I called back with my order and she asked me if I wanted my river rocks delivered to my tennants house in the AM or PM, I went with PM.The day of the delivery, I receive a phone call at 9AM saying there was a car in the driveway that needed to be moved in order to drop the load. I reminded her that my delivery was scheduled for the afternoon and that it was 9am. I tried calling my tennant to move the car without response. Told her they might have to come back and that's where she threatened to charge me a 25$ fee if they had to come back, said she would need to discuss it with her manager. They wanted to charge me for their own mistake.Finally my tennant called back and moved the car, but when I called back to tell them, I talked to another girl and told her I would like to talk to a manager. She told me the first girl was the manager...but the first girl told me she might have to talk to her manager so I have the impression they were just covering for eachother.I rarely write bad reviews but seeing as the girls didn't let me get in contact with a manager I decided to go full-Karen and write my experience here so they might get the message.On top of it all I received the wrong sized river stone.This was my first rock buying experience and I will definitely go somewhere else for my next landscaping needs

In my experience, Gauvreau drivers are some of the worst, most dangerous, ignorant drivers on the road. They pass unsafely close to cyclists, speed, don't yeild to pedestrians, and park in bike lanes, just to name a few infractions. They should all be thoroughly re-trained in driving skills and road rules.

The price of garden soil (for top dressing my lawn) was reasonable but the quality is very poor. Only after I used their soil, my lawn was full of weeds since they obviously poorly mix the ratios and/or types of products they claim to be rich are actually not. Pay more elsewhere since you’ll spend you’re summer removing unwanted plants from your lawn.

Plain and simple....find somewhere else to buy your product. They are expensive and their drivers have such a terrible attitude like they hate working there. Actually had one of their dump truck drivers accelerate to not let me into the lane almost purposely crashing in to me. Anyways, there are lots of other companies that offer the same products for a much better cost and happy employees.

So went there today at 3:03, sorry we closed at 3,thing is website says 4. Desole, yeah right, pas autant que moi. Seriously could not do 6 bags of river rock, had my own shovel and cash money. so much for customer service.

Ordered some sand here for a landscaping project. Delivery was quick but the product was full of giant rocks and garbage like empty cans cardboard and scraps of wood. Nearly unusable for my project.

The service representatives were excellent. Very friendly and honest. They called me back to reimburse me for the extra that I was charged. Thank you for such an awesome service.
