Modus Enterprise, particularly Deeanna, has been instrumental in creating our showroom like kitchen. Throughout the designing process, Deeanna made numerous site visits, offered helpful suggestions, and patiently guided us through the challenges and obstacles we encountered throughout the project. We are delighted in how everything has worked out. Deeanna is a great asset to have in your kitchen designing team.

Ryan did an amazing job walking us through the measuring, planning, and selection stages of the process. He spent the time to educate us of work flow in the kitchen, the triangle of major items, and pointed out pitfalls to avoid.He was courteous, polite, and stayed late until all our questions were answered.I would definitely recommend Ryan to anybody going through a kitchen demo and remodeling process.

If you're a type-A person who loves to know exactly what is expected of you and your service provider, you definitely want to book Modus. I am that person and I loved that Modus had an online portal with all quotes, invoicing, scheduling for me to access. I loved that they had a ton of information to provide on what to do to prep the space, what their scope of work is, when to call the other trades (electrical, plumbing, flooring) and essentially how to make the kitchen renovation go as smoothly as possible. I followed all their guidelines, had them do the kitchen measurements, used them for the ikea kitchen planning service, and was thrilled when they asked to review the final ikea order to ensure we had everything we needed on install day.On install day they showed up 15 minutes early! 5 guys got straight to work and by 6pm I had a 180 sq ft kitchen. I am so happy I didn't try and do this myself. My husband and I are fairly good at home renovations but the level of knowledge that the Modus team has about the entire Ikea line of products is unparalleled. We absolutely would have taken a month to do what they did in a day, and we would have made mistakes and damaged pieces because it would have been our first time. They did all the cutting out and modifications to the cabinet boxes and did an absolutely beautiful install.I am a picky person - and they were very understanding when I surreptitiously wandered over to one of the drawers and put a level on the handle because it looked off-level - they just chuckled and told me they hadn't adjusted them yet. Every single handle and pull was level and centered. At the end of the work day they cleaned up and left the space spotless.There were a couple things that needed a revisit because the plumbing was in the way and they came back and took care of it and were easy to communicate with. At the end of the entire experience, the price was actually slightly lower since there were a couple things that they had anticipated needing to happen that didnt.The one thing that was surprising was that we were left with a lot of left over, over-ordered ikea parts which when we returned resulted in a refund of almost $2k. Since I used Modus to design and plan the kitchen, I'm still not quite sure how they overshot by that much but honestly, I was thrilled that it wasn't the other way around!

Ryan was super helpful and detail oriented when it came to planning our kitchen. He went over every aspect from buying to building and any recommendations that have worked in other kitchens. It gave us a different perspective in building the most functional kitchen for our family. I would highly recommend working with him or his team!

We have Modus come over to measure our Ikea kitchen. Hana very nice and profession. Very detail and give us lots of tips and ideas. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience working with Modus to renovate our kitchen. Peggy was a treat to work with as the project manager. She was attentive, responsive and had lots of great ideas to improve the design. The trades all did a great job and kept the workplace clean. I would definitely hire Modus again.The only downside was that their tiler provided a quote that was way above market so I had to get quotes and take care of that part of the reno myself. Modus and Peggy at least made that very easy to do and worked with us on that part, but it would have been great if their quote had of been on market for that aspect.All in, we are very happy with the result. It exceeded our expectations.

We had the renovation of our kitchen done with MODUS. From planing, ordering from IKEA, demolition, sub-trades such as electrician, plumber etc. everything was organized and executed through MODUS. Peggy was our project manager and she was great. Answered all concerns promptly, was very helpful with dealing with IKEA, gave advice on what could or couldn't work with our layout.Everything unrolled without a hitch, no problems, delays etc. All in all we were very happy with MODUS and most importantly, we love the end-result!

Ryan was awesome, super nice and informative. Gave us excellent advice and planning. Also educated us on why certain things should be the way they are, and even gave lots of suggestions. Plus stayed extra time to answer all the questions we had. Would 100% recommend.

Just bought my IKEA kitchen and these guys were awesome, they installed our kitchen and were beyond excellent. They think outside the box, is not just install, they were worried if is going to work and if it’s going to look good. Installed all one day. Very happy with the result. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Modus. From start to finish, Modus and their people outperformed my expectations. They took the initial measurements for our Ikea kitchen, they coordinated the demolition, and they did the installation. Every single person we dealt with treated us with kindness and patience. Every appointment started on time and the various people showed great care for our home. The demolition and installation were both done on time, with an eye for detail, and they left the place as clean as they found it.Deeanna, Sergey, John, and Sara all went above and beyond and made this process easy and pain-free.Thanks Modus!
