Worst broker ever. Dont answer phone dont call back. Absolutely no help to driver stuck at border

their working hours as per web info are 8-5, BUT, no answer whatsoever on phone or email after 8 AM. agents are not helping with info at all., sound like amature working from home...

I called multiple times and only once did someone answer in a clear loud voice. Every other time I could barely hear the women on the other side so I have no names. The ladies were short and dismissive, I spoke to one woman who had clarity and was helpful, though still short with me, everyone else came across as though their noses were in the air. I spoke to an asian lady and she became offended when I told her I couldnt understand what she was saying. Also I was told the amount to broker was $50 and on the invoice it was more. I would not recommend using this company for brokering a package across the border. Poor poor customer service.

Very pleased with the service they provide. I run small construction business and they help me with getting all my building supplies and equipment imported. I highly recommend using this company and will be referring them to fellow trades workers aswell as other small business owners. The staff are very helpful and have answers for all my questions.
