meowfest

I thought virtual Meowfest was fun in 2020, but this knocked it out of the park! I purchased everything from cat toys to cute merch- so many souvenirs!! There was a big indoor seating area and an even bigger outdoor one that was covered for people to cool off and enjoy their food (I got vegan ice cream from the catfe booth). Also, the bathrooms were reaaaally clean. I hope they do this again next summer!

Such a great event! The staff was very helpful and there was lots to do! The adoption centre had lots of kittens and were very knowledgeable! They have a fantastic website as well. The Catio was a great hit and addition to the meet and greet experience. Lots of food and drink vendors. So many celebrity kitties and influencers. Truly something for everyone !

Loved it! It was my first time, great for someone who doesn't own a cat but wants to badly. Got to experience some kitten time, a how to for cat harness training, and great cat themed trinkets. I didn't give 5 stars only because I'd suggest making a more organized entrance/exit. It was pretty crowded getting inside and out, especially with vendors located beside the door. I also would suggest more vendors for people without cats, since I was excited to see more cat themed products for humans!

Best event EVER!!! Super organized, best one I’ve ever been to. Loved the speaker panels, got to meet some kittys and the cool owners too + amazing vendors. Local and good vibes. Can’t wait to come back next week!

What a fun and adorable event! The venue was both indoor and outdoor, which was lovely especially since the weather was warm and sunny. There were lots of Instagram-worthy photo ops and stage performances. We got to see so many little kittens that were up for adoption (and all went to their new forever homes). The staff were helpful when I had questions and easy to find in the crowd with their Meowfest t-shirts. There was a big turnout, and lots for kids and families, and beer/sparkling cocktails for the couples like my husband and I, which hit the spot when we were walking around outside. This was the highlight of our trip to Vancouver, and I hope they do this again next year!

Huge let down! $30 per person plus $10 parking just to shop some vendors and barely see a few kittens waiting to be adopted. Huge rip off! We were in and out within 10 minutes. Pet smart is better!

This was hands down one of the most unforgettable events I’ve ever been to! Super well organized. Everyone from the staff to the attendees were so sweet! I got to connect with lots of fellow cat enthusiasts. The educators on the main stage were so informative and the vendors had some of the cutest items! Also the food trucks had plenty of variety from burgers to vegan. Oh! And there were free raffles to win gifts. I can’t wait to come back next year. :)

Mostly vendors selling cat related items and a few food trucks, and there were some kittens for adoption. Spent less than an hour there. Better off going to Petsmart where you don't need to pay $27 to shop plus $10 for parking.
