A truly fantastic experience!The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. On my first visit I enjoyed the privacy of the infrared sauna with my husband. The room was very clean and modern. It offered adjustable lighting and soothing ambiance. We were impressed how easy it is to breathe in this type of dry heat. My second treatment that day was the red-light therapy which was also a very comfortable experience. I will be coming back again to continue the benefits offered by both treatments in my new favourite place!The amenities were plentiful and we felt well taken care of. We love all the options available for fully taking care of body and soul. I can't wait to try all the other therapies and I will most definitely be referring my friends and family to visit!

I absolutely loved my visit to Reset. I did the contrast therapy and couldn’t believe how great I felt after. I loved that I had a private room to myself, it’s definitely a unique offering I haven’t seen elsewhere. The facilities are super clean and beautiful, the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The staff were so helpful and gave lots of guidance since it was my first time cold plunging. They really go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of. I highly recommend checking it out!

Reset is by far one of the most authentic and reputable wellnesses businesses I’ve experienced. The nurse and the owner truly cares about you and your experience as a patient. I just had my first detox shot and I can’t wait to go back and try every single service that they offer.

I recently visited Reset Wellness Club as a drop in and was blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space is beautifully designed and very clean. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences to ensure I had the best possible experience. I tried a variety of services, including a 30 minute Contrast Therapy (Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge) back to back with IV Drip (I went with the Immunity Vitamin Drip), and was impressed with the skill, knowledge and professionalism of the practitioners. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and recharged. I highly recommend Reset Wellness to anyone looking for a top-notch wellness experience. I will most definitely be back!

Have been for treatments here a couple of times now and have had a great experience each time. The first thing I notice when I walk in in, is how clean the space and the treatments rooms are. Staff are always busy cleaning and sanitizing everything which made me feel safe and comfortable.The staff here are all very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions in great detail, they really know what they are talking about and I walked away with a greater understanding of the benefits of the treatments I was in for.If you are looking for a great place to recover after a training session or just looking to improve your overall health I highly recommend going into Reset and letting them take care of all your wellness needs.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! This was my second visit and I can’t wait to go back. The first visit I enjoyed contrast therapy. I love that the rooms are private, very clean and spacious. I was able to enjoy the sauna and cold tub without being distracted by other people and truly relax. Afterwards I felt amazing all day! My second visit was for a vitamin drip to help boost my immune system. The nurse was very nice and explained everything to me so I felt comfortable. Then she took me to the most comfortable lounge chairs and I relaxed with a friend that was also having a vitamin drip. The club is beautiful and the staff were all very welcoming and knowledgeable. I’m so glad that Aurora finally has a wellness club and will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Incredible facility with an array of growing offerings - kind and knowledgeable staff. I could come here just to sit (and be happy). They have cold plunge baths, saunas, float tanks, vitamin infusions, red light therapy, fascia stretching and MORE - Emma, Mel and Ashley are AMAZING and answer ALL my crazy questions.

Beautiful and tranquil atmosphere - I’ve tried several treatments (IV drip, vitamin shot, contrast therapy, etc) and have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences. The club is clean and well maintained. All the staff maintain their professionalism while making you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend trying any of the various treatments offered, you will not be disappointed! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
