Absolutely excellent service! Competitive prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful even sending me pictures just to make sure I was getting the exact item I was looking for. Payment was easy over the phone and within minutes I received an email with the statement showing payment and they let me know my item was being being prepped for shipment. Even followed up when the courier picked up the item on the same day! 2 days later I had my parcel and found my item was very nicely wrapped and protected for safe shipment. Nicely done! Purchased a replacement amp for my Mackie 15a's. Dave helped walk me through rewiring the drivers to accommodate the updates. Customer service like this is rare now a days. Highly recommend!!

I work here for a while, the people try really hard to please every customer. But don't expect anything for free.They're the only placein the area that sells and services the kind of equipment that they do, and they are good at it.

Ordered a part for my PA system and it arrived Broken! I was horrified as I needed it to get my live rig back in action for a gig, but, after a short and sweet email exchange, the kind folks at Taylor Electronic Services were able to source a replacement (no easy task) and send it out to me lickety-split! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!

I was disappointed in the quality of service and product. I had great service up until we left with our rental. We rented the bluetooth wireless speakers and microphone for our wedding and the battery could not hold a charge so they were useless for our ceremony that a car needed to be in the ceremony location so we could at least have music. The microphone cracked every 5 minutes and we were told it was to people having their cellphone on, wish i would have been informed of this. I have rented many speakers and microphones in my hometown and this had never happened. At the reception the wireless mic continued to crack that people just shouted. When i reported my issue the Monday following i spoke with a very crabby man who finally he offered to give me a full refund when i dropped off the speakers. When my mother in law dropped off the speakers nothing was there and was informed something would be mailed. Followed up two weeks later and I was told I was unable to receive a full refund but they would give me 50%. I was happy to receive something but would not recommend this company and would highly NOT recommend their products.

Staff is friendly, I took my vintage amplifier in they did a good job fixing it.
