30 minutes that’s all it takes!!After having a baby I wanted to get back into shape. Knowing my body had changed I wanted to prevent injury and I didn’t want to take too much time away from my baby. I get 30 minutes of challenging, high intensity training and feel the strongest I’ve ever felt. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in, even before baby. Grant is a true professional and a pleasure to train with!

I love the 30 minute format because it's so much easier to fit workouts into my busy life. Grant is an excellent trainer. He pushes me to work harder than I would on my own and I'm really happy with the strength he has helped me to build. He's also a very positive person and I look forward to my sessions.

Honestly, I am not one for writing reviews unless I have had an extremely positive experience with a service. Words cannot express the impact that Grant has had on me in all aspects of my life. He goes far beyond just being your personal trainer, he genuinely cares about your health, goals and overall well being. He is always positive and motivating, pushing you far beyond your limits and continually assessing your progress to ensure that you always leave satisfied. I recommend this man to anyone!! Believe me, you will not regret it!!

Grant is an amazing trainer. I have been working out with him twice a week for about 4 months and the results I have seen have far exceeded expectations. He truly cares about his clients and loves his work. Knowing many people who have personal trainers at big name gyms, Grant's 30 minute routines are a better workout and show me better results than any of these other trainers. 30 minutes fits perfectly in my insane schedule and makes sure I always get my workouts in!

I've been working out on my own for around 15 years and have had decent results. I've been getting trained at Quick Fit for two months and have seen amazing results in half the workout time. Yes it's only 30 minutes but you're completely exhausted at the end of it and you feel great about yourself for it. Definitely recommend this.

I have been working out with Grant over the last 6 months in preparation for my wedding and honeymoon. The 30 minute workout concept is great as I’m able to easily fit it into my super busy schedule. The 30 minute workouts allow me to really focus my workouts and achieve results quickly. Grant is an excellent trainer and tailors my workouts to help me achieve my goals. I’ve recommended him to many of my friends and family and would highly recommend him to anyone!

There are two great things about working out here. The first is the 30 minute workout offering. We are almost always able to squeeze six to eight exercises of 10-12 sets into 30 minutes. I leave feeling like I got a complete workout without giving up too much of my day.The second is Grant. Grant is knowledgeable, personable, and pleasant. He makes working out enjoyable and not a chore. He provides guidance on how to maximize your gains and things you can do in your life outside the gym to stay fit.Great place to workout for anyone who wants to put in the work but is short on time. Strong recommend.
