Needed a small sympathy bouquet and found this little flower shop near my home. The owners are very helpful. They listened to my needs and preferences, then gave me good suggestion. The price was very reasonable, and the service was quick too. My bouquet was ready in 15 mins. It came out just as I expected.

Walked in looking for ready made bouquets and was surprised by the variety. The lady at the front was nice and mentioned I could ask her for help (most people just ignore you). I picked out this bouquet for $40 (taxes included). She did mention she could add more flowers to the ready made bouquets if I wanted to. They take credit card. Really happy with my purchase. My husband and I have been going to Lesley for years. Her and her husband are one of a kind duo. They not only make amazing flower arrangements but they are honest about their work. I trusted them for my brothers engagement party, my own wedding and any and all celebrations. They are the ones to go to at any budget. But mainly, they take time to do their work to make it look absolutely beautiful and the flowers last for MUCH longer than other florists I've gone to. AMAZING JOB!!

My husband has been going here for 15 years. They have the best flowers and plants. Last week, we asked Leslie to arrange special flowers for my FIL's funeral and they turned out so beautiful and amazing! The arrangements turned out even better than the sample pictures I shared because the owner put so much love into it. Leslie is so pleasant to work with and expresses such good energy. I would reccomend this place to all friends and family in the area. Thank you.

I rarely give business 1 star.On the Mother’s Day, I went to this shop. I rarely go to flower shop so I don’t know much about flowers or plants. This day was a hectic day. I totally understood. I went up to the cashier and asked about the prices. The lady (I think she was the owner) was wrapping the flowers and friendly told me about the prices. There were two bunches of flowers ready-to-go on the counter, I asked if there were for sale, she told me it was for someone else to pick up, she pointed at the area where two other florists were wrapping outside the shop and told me that the flowers were out there. So I walked over and asked her what I should do with these flowers, should I just pick the flowers and one of the florists would wrap for me? She started getting impatient and told me that I should just walk around the mall and come back and check if the (currently empty) box beside the florist have any flower ready for sale.I decided not to go away because obviously the box was still empty and someone else might pick up and the box would stay empty. One of the florists heard what the owner had told me and walked over to me and said “I am going to wrap one for you.” So I stood aside and waited for this florist. About 5 mins later, she finished and handed the flowers to me. The owner just walked up to me and grabbed the flowers away from my hands and said “this is not for you. It is wrapped for someone who had preordered it!” With a very impatient tone. I told her that the florist said it was wrapped for me , but this owner didn’t seem to care.Due to the tight timeline I wanted to get some flowers for my mother, I stood aside and waited for more flowers to come to the box. During this waiting time, I saw the owner kept wrapping flowers for the box, I asked her if she could wrap two bunches for me but one was roses and one was carnation but mixed them into two bunches. The owner still talked to me in a very impatient tone and said I don’t have time for customized bunches! (But meanwhile she was wrapping anyway, I still don’t get why she wasn’t able to do that since she is wrapping right now for the box.) any way, I stood aside and waited until I got two bunches and roses and I went up to pay. This owner was handling the payment with a very long face and obviously impatient, meanwhile she was smiling to other customers.1. She just grabbed away the flowers straight from my hands. That’s very rude? Meanwhile the florist told me she wrapped for me?2. Her face just changed completely different attitude towards me.3. As a service business, your attitude represents your shop, regardless how good your product is.I don’t know what kind of customer service is this. The flowers I got on that day were meh too. I will never go back.

apparently this shop has been sold to some new owner.. she’s rude and simply doesn’t know customer service. I have been shopping here for years for flowers for cake orders. will not be returning. there is a floral shop at middlefeild and finch which is way better with their prices and their services.

Their flowers are beautiful and fresh, with different varieties. To them, it's not just a business, the most important thing is that, you can feel they really want to help people heartedly with love and care. When my mom had just passed away, we brothers and sisters were so sad and grieving that we couldn't think of anything. Lesley is so nice and helpful with patience. She gave us a lot of professional advice and kind support. She fully understands the needs of customers. The gorgeous and excellent flowers arrangement and flower-sprays that she put in my mom’s funeral gave us peaceful and warm mood. She has really added some beautiful colors to our depressed and sad days that impressed us a lot. Lesley and your team, thank you so much !! I came here last minute looking for Mother's Day flowers. Funny enough, I was driving by and I saw the owner doing a curbside pickup outside the mall. Despite them being so busy, they still took the time to provide great customer service! They were so kind an patient with all their customers.They had a mix of custom flowers and pre-made bouquets which they were offering at varying prices ranging from $25 - $45+
