Superb paint job that restored my badly scratched and dented door shell to mint condition. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work being done. I have been to a few auto body shops, but this one gotta be the best of the bunch.

Chris and Anthony was a pleasure to deal with, and their work was even better. Got a few dents and scraps that was quite bad, but their team was able to make my truck look as good as new on a quick turnaround, can't tell where the damage is at all, truly Colour Perfection!

I brought my car in for repair of some bad scratches and dents on the passenger side. When I picked it up a few days later, it was as though the damage had never happened. I couldn't be more pleased. The team was friendly, courteous and professional throughout the process. For exceptional service at a reasonable price, this is the place to go!

Brought my Jeep Wrangler into the shop November 9th after an accident which caused damage to the passenger door, rear panel, flare and required an alignment. I just got it back this past Friday, Dec 2nd in the evening and have found issues that were not addressed and flat out overseen as the shop was rushing it out" - despite me telling them multiple times I am not in a rush to get it back (prefer it is done properly and with care). Had I picked this up during the day instead of at night all of these issues would have been blatantly obvious to anyone who took a few minutes to check.-The entire process was me following up on what would be repaired vs. replaced and when the estimated timeline was for parts and the work to be done. No one ever communicated anything else along the way unless I asked-I was initially told at drop off that an alignment takes a days work and the vehicle would probably be about a week to fix everything. Brought my car in for Chris and his team for an inspection after getting hit and run. They were very patient and helpful in providing their professional advice in how they would fix my car. They were quick and did an amazing job in repairing the scratches. What more important is the pricing is very reasonable!Thank you Chris and his team. My car was hit while parked and the fender was massively dented and alignment needed fixing. Anthony and Chris were attentive and easy to deal with, and Ana the office manager, was super helpful. The repair process was explained thoroughly to me, they were able to accommodate my work schedule, and coordination of my rental car was smooth. I got my car back and she was perfect. Feels good to be driving a car thats back to her good ol’ self. Highly recommend!

Over promised under delivered. The PDR guy named Chris works of that location as mobile service. While have the car at shop and not committed to finish the repair as promised customer has to wait 4 more hours to have the repair completed. It seems other customer has taking priority.Charging 12% on cash quoted PDR repair. not impressed with the Color reflection collision repair Richmond location.
