Brought in my anxious dog and she was unable to do any service on him due to his anxiety. Problem was she didn’t call to let me know they couldn’t do it, kept him all day and charged full price although nothing was done to him. Very disappointed.

Took our cat there to get bottom shaved so litter and whatnot would not stick to it. Came back an hour later to a wet, scared cat that wasn’t shaved at all. They said they couldn’t do it because it was “too hard”. We use diamond mobile grooming now and they are so amazing and so professional, and most importantly, they get the job done!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely terrible. They still charged $60 for doing nothing. What a joke.

Kathy saved my dogs from very bad haircuts done elsewhere. When I dropped them off, my girl dog was very anxious, and I was only just barely keeping it together. They settled down quickly. kathy took a picture of them relaxed in their kennels. I'll definitely use them again. Good prices and they were only gone 3 hours. And kathy even drove them home. Perfect.
