This company has the worst customer support I've ever seen. They will not call you back nor email back for product support and their RMA line goes straight to voice mail.

You get a product without instructions and then have to create an account on their website to just view a PDF for the getting started guide. Total pain.

Way better than huawei or ZTE. these LTE modules are more sensitive than the competitors. The AT command set is properly documented too so making it work is a breeze on Linux.

DO not use these cell modems if you need to use Cisco 7800 or 8800 IP phones remotely. Sierra Wireless is incompatible with these common IP phones, and is completely unresponsive for support. It is Baffling that they do not pass all IP traffic They are ok for basic web and email traffic.
