I write this review to let Manager look back staff services. I bought fried chicken this afternoon and really disappointed fried chicken quality. I and my daughter tasted fish flavour in fried chicken, it made our food terrible. I surely say somebody just fry raw fish in thermometer. Fried chicken is important food for your branding, please watch staff carefully, i love your KFC and would enjoy this fried chicken with best quality. Thanks for all.

Went home to realize half of the meal I paid for was missing.Feel like I was scammed by this place. Sounds like they do this on purpose to scam people as other reviews had this issue before too.I came and paid for fried chicken, and did not receive any of the chicken drumsticks I paid for.

The lady took my order, wasn't polite. She was staring at customers, I gave her coupon she said it is not valid here. The chicken was so oily that it looked as if it was fried 2-3 hours ago. Fries weren't hot. Better to go another KFC.

March 16,2022 around 9:20pmWe ordered of 6 individual orders of the tuesday special. Instead the crew put all of the chicken in one bucket and the fries in another box. Maybe it was a miscommunication which is understandable. But then when we got home and took out the chicken we could see that the chicken was undercooked and was still dripping blood and also the coating on the chicken was soggy and was falling apart.

It’s a small cosy kfc ,you may have to wait around 6-7 minutes however all the sandwiches are hot and fresh and the fried chicken is juicy…I highly recommend this place…

Out of every restaurant that I have reviewed in the entire lower mainland I would nominate this place the worst place I have been to.Also for whatever reason location does not sell spicy.

Was okay service. Could not really understand the cashier (didn’t get her name) and it seemed like she was being so quick about it when there was no line up behind me - but it may be because since it was about 15 minutes until closing time. Took a while to get my food. I feel like there should be more drink options for the fountain. You get extra sauces as a bonus (I’m not sure how) and I noticed when a customer asked for salt, the cashier gave him a few which I found generous since many places don’t do that.

We doordash from here every now and then and this location does fries better than any KFC I’ve ever been to. KFC fries are usually a soggy mess but these are crispy and properly seasoned.They threw a cookie in our last order! Thanks :)

After long time having a KFC and experienced mouth watering chicken that came out straight from the cooker, fresh and hot 10/10

My wife had the plant based chicken sandwich and foung it okay. Service was a little slow.
