5 out of 5 Stars: I'm reading the reviews below, and I'm not really understanding where this is coming from. I don't usually dish out 5 stars, but his place is great and deserves it; the staff were extremely personable and helpful in getting me and my wife' honeymoon together which I know was not an easy task. Any questions or concerns we had they had a very professional attitude and were always willing to go the extra mile in customer service. Here is my breakdown:+1 Star: Service - Cindy & Lina were our main go-to-experts for getting our trip set up. We had multiple conversations in person and on the phone and they were always accommodating.+1 Star: Going the extra mile. When we were travelling half way across the world and issues would occur, we would call asking for help and no matter what time it was they would always figure out solutions for us or talk us through the issue.+1 Star: Personable staff - Lina and Cindy are personable, and show interest in customers.+1 Star: My parents had a trip arranged by the staff here and they enjoyed there trip.+1 Star: Final product. My honeymoon was amazing. I loved all the excursions I went on and all the arrangements Islington Travel Agencies helped to arrange. Our trip was fairly complex and I wouldn't know what I would do without there expert help.Would I go back? Yes - hands down, I would definitely arrange another trip with this company.

Islington travel was our first stop when we decided to plan our trip. From booking our flights, our hotels and even providing restaurant suggestions, Lina and her team made our first trip such a memorable one. Lina was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will use Islington travel for my next vacation and definitely would recommend them to others.

Great community run business. Lina has fixed all my travel arrangements during and for post COVID for my family and I. Not to mention she brought my sister home from Italy during the pandemic and worked around the clock, while in touch with numerous people of government to get her home safe. Highly recommend !
