I have been at this clinic for years as it went through different owners. Yet I seem to be moved about from one dentist to another for the past few years, which makes one feel not attended to individually. Perhaps there is a too big clientele. Definite tendency to overcharge. More troubling, I have been treated rudely by the administrator (not the receptionists): Policy on absence due to illness / covid is not clear, been reprimanded for having to cancel.

Good service with nice receptionnists and people who seem to enjoy their job. Dr Winlow was pretty gentle when it came to injecting the anesthetic.Only complaint is a technician polished my teeth BEFORE scaling my teeth on multiple occasions (they're supposed to first scale your teeth with the ultrasound to remove tartar, which can cause small scratches on tooth surface. After comes the polishing, to smooth out the tooth's surface.)That was back in 2016 and whenever I had cleanings in the previous years, so I don't know if they still work there.

Dear Dentistry Aylmer,I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of your administrative team during my recent call to your office. I found their communication to be rude and unprofessional, which negatively impacted my experience.When called the office, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude and curt responses to my questions. Additionally, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience.I understand that dental practices can be busy, but I believe that every patient deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take steps to ensure that your administrative team provides a more positive experience for patients in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We just love this clinic as it has a certain calmness upon entering the reception area. There is  waterfall mounted on the wall that is relaxing and is nice to bring the outdoors in.This clinic is great with my two (2) special needs sons. My oldest was with Luis and he helped teach him how to brush properly. My youngest had the best experience with Selene a.k.a. Ana he was very social with her and that is a huge relief for us.This clinic is like a good tasting pizza. It has just the right amount of cheese and perfectly toasted represents the front desk who are respectful and efficient and helpful.The toppings have to be chunky and not minced this represents the dental Hygienists who are excellent. They are patient and show you how to improve your brushing and flossing.The Clinic Managers represent the sauce just enough to make the dough flavourful. We met with Catherine and were very impressed by her knowledge and caring personality.Dr. Winlow and the other dentists represent the crust that hold the pizza together. Dr. Winlow is very gentle and kind and I knew that we made the right decision in choosing this clinic.What really excited us about this clinic is each dentist has his or her own specialty. Therefore, you are getting specialized service that is tailored to your dental needs.Having our dental needs met here was the best decision that I ever made!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Sophie was my dental hygienist and she was very professional and did an excellent job! Sophie was very kind and took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why. I would highly recommend Sophie if you are coming to the clinic for the first time. Dr. Winlow was kind and professional and answered all of my questions.

As a new patient at Dentisterie Aylmer, I had the best experience. They were very professional, knowledgeable and super polite. The office is very clean and modern. The staff was very informative of all procedures including the billing process, submitting predeterminations for future work for me. I wasn’t expecting such a high level of professional patient care. I’m grateful I found this office.

Great place for your dental care. I have been a patient for over 5 years and I always received a great service, the staff are always courteous. When I need dental repair, they perform the job meticulously and professionally.

Professional, highly competent. I would never go anywhere else for my dental work despite the fact I drive over an hour out of province to attend my appointments. I trust them implicitly.They are the BEST!

After waiting for 3 months and only 2 weeks before my appointment and my husband's appointment (2 different dates) they cancelled and suggested an appointment 3 months later. They are not reliable.

Amazing dentist and staff! Fixed my broken tooth perfectly and it was quite painless with his technique. It's a super clean clinic in a great location. I would highly recommend them!
