Had a great visit with Dr. Lehr. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

So much about my visit today was wrong. Horrible experience. Location is really NOT accessible for folks with mobility challenges.Even when asking up-front about costs, the cost of services and orthodics were not made clear to me until I ended up with a $698 bill on my first visit (expected to pay up front - no direct billing.)Doctor was VERY brief and did not take my spinal injuries/sacral fracture into account (one size fits all approach). Rooms were not cleaned between patients (even though we are expected to stand barefoot on the unclean floors.Second room I was taken into had procedural waste (smelled awful!) from a previous patient sitting on the counter next to my face. Yuck.OVERALL: the whole experience felt like a dirty sales pitch and I left feeling super gross, plus bullied into expensive orthodics that I don't think I need. Not okay.I am currently requesting a refund for these orthodics (just put the order in 3 hours ago.) Office closed before stated business hours and they don't pick up the phone on Saturday's.

The most terrible 5min clinic experience ever. Dr Jason Lehr chopped off my nails to badly, cant even explain what was actually going on with my toes except we can keep filling it down... yeah file it down for $75 for 5min.Told him I have been experiencing the pain for the past few years and thats the best he can do?Grumpy nursing staff and impatient Dr...terrible combo.I felt so cheated.....will never return nor recommend this clinic"

Had an originally awful experience getting my orthotics, not the kind of stuff you want to experience when paying a large amount of money.However, they have come around and came to a satisfying conclusion to the degree that I am willing to accept this as a freak occurance"."

I placed my order in December 2019 and was supposed to get my orthotics in January 2020. I waited and waited then, in February I called the clinic to check on any updates but they kept referring me back and forth between the two clinics that the doctor works at. The secretary/receptionist did not return any voicemails and I finally got a hold of them and they asked me to go to the beddington clinic to pick up my order today and I had the worst experience. Two ladies came in with me and the lady in the black scrubs was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. First she got mad because I did not take my shoe insoles for her to cut out for the orthotics (no one told me I had to take them) and then when I told her about my order taking so long she walked out of the room on me. No one needs any bad attitude from anyone. If you are at work, be professional and if you are having a bad day don’t take it out on others.I would not recommend going there at all.

I'm a younger guy and thought Orthotics were for only for older people. I came to the foot institute on a recommendation because my knees and lower back hurt. I am 6'5 and had no idea my lower back would be hurting because the arches in my feet were not supported properly. Long story short I'm back to normal and have a pair of orthotics for all my shoes. I would defiantly recommend the foot institute over other podiatrists because you can just tell by the questions they ask and the way they help you that they know whats up. Nicest staff and doctors i have met in my life. Orthotics are for us young guys too!

Get better signage or simply tell people that you are in the MCI Doctors Office so you can be easily found. I wondered around the strip mall looking for your office, I tried calling the number I had which sent me to a switch board which is not operating on Saturdays so I couldn't even get directions or let someone know that I am here just a bit lost. By the time I finally found you guys in the MCI office I was 15 plus minutes late and was told you are already done for the day and was sent on my way.

Recently I decided to start making my health a priority, I have had foot problems for years and even though my foot pain got better after I got my orthotics it was not completely gone. Dr. Lehr has been great at continuing to find solutions for the pain. The assistants and other support staff are great! They are very helpful and treat you like an actual person not just another body they have to push through. I really feel that they are there to help you with any issues you may have. I would like to send a big thank you to all the staff there.Jenn H

I am giving it a 1 star based on my experience with needing to call and advise I was running late and there was absolutely no way to call and advise I was going to be 10 minutes late..its an answering machine and they dont check messages on weekends. When I finally arrived, the receptionist was nothing but rude about me being late and said they were on lunch and it was too bad. No offer to reschedule or anything. I am not going to recommend anyone come here and I will not be back.
