25 minute line inside. There were only teenagers working with no leadership in sight. They clearly needed some guidance because multiple times there were 3 staff members looking at the order screen trying to figure out what was next.2 cashiers at the front counter that were also responsible to fill the orders they were taking. 4 people left without their orders because the line was not moving.

Worst experience “”””they gave me a steep tea it was not hot i asked her if she could change it but again it was the same may be she didn’t changed it. Moreover, it was so slow don’t go there

I have been in the drive through three days in a row and each time my steep tea is warm not very enjoyable so I will be changing my location to Franklin Blvd. If you wouldn't drink it yourself then you shouldn't serve it very disappointed

This is my go to Tim Horton's! Always amazing food, coffee and a friendly smile at the window when I go. I would highly recommend this Timmy's as they hardly failed my orders. Nothing like the sweet nectar in the morning.

Well run location, precise order fulfillment, hot coffee, great soup, and a bunch of friendly folks working (and reading!) at Myers Rd location during lunch. They didn't miss a beat even though it was fairly busy.Well done!

Ayden did a great job taking my order. He made sure there was enough rice for my veggie wrap. He was very polite and professional, something I don't always see in young adults these days. The wrap was delicious. I will be back. I hope Ayden will be there to take my order.

I went there few time they didn’t have cilantro lime most of the time they never make those wraps and ask for the croissants that stupid staff made plain bagel so ridiculous

Google maps says they were closed, but the drivethru is actually open 24/7.
