I have been working Gail and team for a little over a year regarding the Lazar couch. The couch was deemed defective but seeing that I missed the warranty window. We had to purchase and order new pillows. This process took a full year, significant back and forth, with a completely indifferent owner driving the exchange. Where we landed is still in a state of flux as it relates to additional costs and outstanding pieces. I strongly advise not dealing with this company. The owners don’t care about the product after it leaves their floor and they could truly care less about helping you through the exchange and update process. There are way too many fabulous furniture stores in Calgary to waste time dealing with people that could care less as soon as they have your payment exchange.

I just wanted to send a big shout out to Joan for her incredible customerservice during crazy times. She was so pleasant to deal with and very accommodating with an email order requests (not once but twice).This was my first time shopping with this store but I will definitely be back!!

The delivery service was beyond horrible. Wanted an extra charge to move something about 8 feet out of the way so that way they could actually deliver the furniture. Instead of agreeing to just move the piece out of the way, so that way they could actually deliver the stuff into the house, I had to bring everything in the house and set up myself, moving it around by myself without any help from the two delivery people. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only that, the one piece was a screen that was supposed to come as one piece, and it came in separately because they screwed up the hinge and did not put it back together at all. As an interior designer, I'll never step foot in Cricklewood ever again. There are a lot of other stores that can use my repeat business. F-

I recently order a swack of blinds for my house. The issues that arose with the order were all dealt with in a professional, and positive manner. Staff was very open to listening to my concerns and made the necessary adjustments. The designer was always wanting me to get exactly what I wanted. . Thank you.

I haven't been here for a while but man was it a super nice shopping experience. We are looking for something very specific for the house that we have had no luck with but lo and behold we found something that works! Now the trick is to have my wife and agree on it 100 percent haha!! Great people in store too by the way. Tons of parking

TLDR; Friendly and nice furniture and more. Take a look and you will find some great deals for what you get.We are buying a sectional sofa from here and Joan was super friendly and helpful. The Stylus Skylar sofa is INSANELY comfortable and should last for many years!We will be back for more!
