I’m a GC that was looking to be quoted on the amount of paint I would need for a commercial project I’ve acquired. I was told by the service representative at the store that a sales rep would reach out to me and they took my number and my email. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received a call or email from Sherwin Williams. I needed 125 gallons of primer, 150 gallons of paint, and 40 gallons of black acoustic ceiling paint…Anyways, I took my business to Dulux and had no issues. They were more than happy to accommodate me the moment I walked in the store by just looking at the architectural drawings I had.

First time I had a chance to visit this location. Very impressed with the size, cleanliness and volume of painting products displayed. The staff were prompt to help me and knew exactly what I needed.The bonus was being able to use a 30 % coupon on all the purchased products.

Great Customer Service, Knowledgeable staff, Clean environment, Pleasing paint colors that make it easy to choose, Love the brochures, and paint peel-on squares, the tester paint container is reasonably priced. The quality of the 'Captivate' brand is very good- above average for the price! The staff are professional, attentive and creative. We were able to choose the right colour in an efficient manner with Mark’s help. I will use Sherwin-Williams Paints again!

Good service & knowledgeable staff. Only problem for me is I just don't like their paint. It's too thick & it takes forever for the paint smell to fade. For me, it was 2 weeks, with 2 standing fans & ceiling fan going full strength. If those things don't bother you, then go ahead!
